I very much agree with Chris that you've found a great balance of difficulty and complete-ableness (is that a word? You should play the game Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes. This puzzle seems to be heavily inspired by it, as the mini puzzles all seem to be based on modules in the game. Especially if you want harder versions as the game has some that are super hard. It is a two player game though as the concept is that the person defusing the bomb can't see the manual which has the cypher/puzzle guides in it, so the defuser has to describe what they're seeing to the person with the manual (hence the "keep talking") so they can figure out what to do and give the defuser instructions on what actions to take.

When you were stuck at the letters on the backside of the pictures, I can't help but think that it's supposed to say Emily, since all letters are capital, there's no reason the L shouldn't be.

Maybe the T is really an L, but I'm not so sure. The vertical stroke is pretty much dead center on the horizontal one.

Depends on the font it can everything be lowercase, so in the end yea, it states Emily, and it was going to be interesting if those letters had to do something with the solving except just fooling people that it might be important :D

As soon as Chris turned the volume completely off, I said aloud “Oh, no… eventually there’s gonna be an audio clue!” 23:52 That’s not a T, it’s an I (the letter “eye”)… and “EMILY” on the backs of the photos! “Stay calm for a minute” Use the pulse ox clip!

When you put the book down while trying to solve the colour puzzle and the look on ya face and how loud you breathed out made me laugh because I've felt that exact same feeling when I've been stuck on a certain part of a game before and the at that moment the thought of throwing the joypad is more tempting than finishing the part that's frustrating me but you know you can't. I've even at times left it and gone to bed thinking of what I could do and getting up during the early hours when a new possibility pops into my head lol

Hope you could do more puzzles under time pressure. Would also like to know what if you weren't able to solve this puzzle within the time limit.

This was a super cool puzzle, and because of the title of this video, I thought that the puzzle would be programmed to raise the heart rate just before the end and then pretend to explode by having the sides spring out or something! I actually figured out that the switches had to be switched when the number was on the timer as soon as you started trying, it can be quite frustrating shouting the solution at the video when I know you can't hear. Thanks so much for this great video and all that you do Chris! 🧡💜
