This game is freaking awesome! It looks really good with a color DMD! I love the lights, the rewarding but challenging shots and the DMD animations, such a fun table!
The skill shot you want to go for is the left out lane (another feature Elwin used in IMDN), if the kick back then shoots the ball into the scoop you get an extra bonus! I think Congo is a great game and if the shots didn't resemble Tron so closely I would never have let mine go. Use the first Grey (lower Playfield) to get diamonds to light lock and get multiball, then use the second Grey for instant multiball afterwards. The skill-fire mode is superb! keep collecting map awards to see that one.
Great video Gonzo! I love Congo and think it's one of Williams most underrated pin IMO. Love love love the volcano shot and mutiball with the light show and the dmd animation that accompanies it. I saw this one video on KZread where the owner put some type of LED lighting mod in his volcano and when it erupts it really looks like the thing is about ready to blow hot lava on the playfield because of the lighting effects. The ramps are smooth and the shot between the bumpers is one of the best shots of the game because it's so satisfying. Would love to get this one back in my collection because of the fun factor. I suck at pinball, but I suck at all sports. Still, I play them anyway because of the enjoyment and after all, Michael Jordan didn't hit all of his shots either.

Hello mate, no plans to mod it or anything. . . I'll just leave it as it is but a set of mirror blades would look very nice. Hopefully Monster bash next week.
