Shan culture mission tree got something similar. If youre allied or the ruler of all other Shan states you inherit them all and become the Shan state.

@@kundrad8398 yeah, you get the achievement though it disappears from the list in the top right. You would still get it, and if you look at screenshots people do it as the tibetan horde most of the time

can't wait to see the rest of this campaign, never really played in southern Germany and never realized how strong it really is.

Laith should play with all the "Expanded" mods. It adds a ton of stuff that Laith has wanted over the years, one such example being diplomatic stuff by the buttload such as "Dismantle Fortifications", "Kidnap Advisor" and much much more. Hell, they even introduced a system for taking over india the British way. Vassals that when the ruler dies without an heir are annexed.

I formed swabia as mullhause for the “Everything is coming up mullhouse” achievement (fully decentralize the empire as mullhouse). To this day, the rarest achievement I have

I started my Mulhouse campaign for the achievment. i managed to form Swabia but all due to conquering ( only Konstanz and the 2 Austrian provinces are left). Cause Austria got the PU over Hungary und Bohemia by 1477 xD

that situation with austria attempting to enforce peace was truly beautiful

unironically my favorite nation to pick for Swabia is Ulm because it means one less free city to fight through and they have the best starting traditions of all candidates imo

Hi Laith, I have a suggestion for a co-op campaign. Would you like to make couple videos about forming HRE *and* Roman Empire in the same game? You could make it even spicier by doing it solo and vasalizing Byzantium at the start, though I'm not sure how would you do that without them revolting and not loosing your mind halfway through. :D

I was in Ulm a few weeks ago, and the cathedral is amazing. Especially the new stained glass windows.

I like your idea for more complex peace deals. I, for one, think you should be able to concede territory/ducats/etc. in exchange for more reasons for accepting a peace deal, as well as the option that ALL cores of a non-existent nation get returned if they are part of the territory of both sides. In the League War in Quarbit's Battle Pope series, Bohemia had to release Cilli from one of their provinces while Austria (who was on the winning side) got to keep the actual province of Celje

I love the idea of a CB that would let you install an heir of your dynasty or replace their existing heir, admittedly would be hard to balance but it definitely is historical.

I can't believe you didn't form Swarbia as Ulm

As Portugal under some conditions you have decision to abandon Europe and become Brazil and I think you should try this. (As Portugal you got mission which increases chance of finding gold in Brazil Region)

Definitively the hardest medium german tag to form. And its missions are pretty meh compared to Austria, Brandenburg/Prussia and Bavaria. Easiest route would be to start as Austria and release and play as Tyrol, then culture shift to swabian. You wont have the swabian missions right away and you ll need to own 10 swabian provinces including Stuttgart and Ulm to form Swabia. Revoking Ulms free city status as Austria before you release and play as Tyrol helps alot. Then conquer all of Württemberg and Baden, Donauwörth from Ingolstadt, Mühlhausen, Ulm and either Strassburg or Augsburg makes 10. After you formed you can get the free cities Konstanz and Memmingen and either Strassburg or Augsburg for free with the mission. Laith did a great job in showing the best way with a swabian minor start. Württemberg or Ulm are the best choices cause they border Ingolstadt. Restarting until Ingolstadt doesnt have a strong ally and Bohemia and Austria being rivals makes it alot easier. Allying Bohemia, promise them land and tec rush to Mil 4 to defeat Austria works. Another thing to keep in mind is that you can get all swabian nations for free if you break the rivalries between them. For the free cities you need to attack their allies to avoid the emperor helping them. Once you removed most rivalries between them you should be able to ally all of them.

yeah there is a history with german youtubers showing up for fan gatherings and hotels getting rekt and 1000s of ppl just causing mayhem so its just a pain in the ass now to organize things like that... sadly
