From a historical perspective the debuffs are a bit overkill. The Ottomans performed pretty well in WW1. The staff and junior officers were all Prussian educated by Golz. This same army kept fighting and beating the allies after refusal of surrender.

@@tea-bd3gb British surrender at Kut el Amara, First and second battle of Gaza, defence of Galicia and Macedonia are some to name a few. By the end of the war Ottomans also invaded Armenia and Azerbaijan. Unlike AHE or GER the Ottoman military goals were not to invade enemy lands but to stay on defensive and pin down enemy troops. This they did for 4 years and drew considerable forces from the Allies. Not to mention if Gallipoli had succeeded the Russians would have remained in the war.

@@tea-bd3gb Yeah history loves to tell it as a one sided british steamroll through the middle east but it was a brutal battle for both sides. encirclements happening left and right and I remember my father telling me about the soldiers they encircled couldn't be taken hostage in the desert since not enough water or food for anyone. So British resorted to burrying ottoman soldiers alive in a big ditch, and Ottomans executed surrendering british officers, took the regular infantry's weapons and forced them to march back to desert.

as a turk yeah we haved lot of wars in ww1 and a ındepence war with 7 countries like its makes me feeel so good about my country

Put 2 naval dockyards on convois only, you dont need that many. Put the rest on the early destroyers that you have access to. As long as you research the naval buffs whenever everything else is ahead of time and you excercise your navy for some buffs, you will actually defeat the Italian navy easily by using a "deathstack"

The reason why Italy fractures is because it scripted for the brothers war if Austria fight italy while not in a faction and capitulates them, they get an event to disunite italy. For some reason it fires no matter what even if Austria is puppeted there also a event to disunite Germany in the brothers war

I am not good hoi4 player and i generally don't like playing major nations so after dozen attempts to win portugal as Liberia and losing every single time i found this mod and decided to give it a try. First of all. this is hoi4 great mod (redux?). I really enjoy time period, i enjoy how well it made and i kinda like it more than base game (mostly because i am not very fascinated by games about ww2). HOWEVER while i sucked at game in vanilla, this one was kinda too easy. I don't know, maybe it's just Korea was secret superpower in 1910 but i was stopming those counties like i had military from 2023. Disclamer at the beginning said it wanted to show miserable situation of Korea but about 5 minutes in game and you easily defend korea by just standing on ports. 1 hour in and i attack China but their troops were made of sand, i guess they didn't have spare troops while fighting mongol uprising and put tarracotta army along the border just to scare me off. And after you conquer china you have great economy, lots of resources, 4 research slots etc. Moreover focus tree gives 6 military factories, 9 civs, about 8 ports and an airport. That's insane. Either i need to try someone else or game need some balancing

Click army modernisation as soon as it becomes available each time. Also building forts makes the AI less likely to attack in the first place
