@@carefreelewisg Lewis, one thing I have changed my mind on is the significance of the penalty squabble. Here's why. It sheds light on an issue that has cost us points and wins and that is Selfishness in our attack. The passes that should have been made but were not because players want to pad their stats or looking for Eng. call up or trying to improve chances for more game time. It's a negative that the manager has to get under control because it costs points on any given day.

Noni's behaviour after is an indication of his mentality and personality, of course it's important. I personally don't like him and his mentality as a player. Selfish and all about his own image. Yeah Jacksons finishing is so bad, but you can tell he truly cares it's just a matter of not being good enough - which is why I will not hate on him. With Chalobah it showed he's so underrated man, I prefer him over Disasi.

Stop saying don’t blame poch. First of all, if you win 6-0, you DO NOT change the starting XI. Enzo has done nothing this season or in his life, that warrant being put into this side no matter what. He missed the game, we won 6-0, he sits next game. Now i’m not saying that’s the reason we lost is because we could have won with the chances we had. But if Mudryk would have started on the left, I just think we would have been even better! How many chances did we have to counter attack on the left and Conor and Enzo just had no speed. They turn back and kill the attack every time. I’m not even mad at Jax. He literally has showed us all season, he’s not reliable yet. Why are you guys surprised? This loss isn’t that bad, IF we can win on Tuesday.

Jackson best strength is from crosses from the flacks, pull backs kinda stuff...is like asking sterling to finish 1v1s.. there's where coaching and tactics is important, poch dont know the strength of his players... that's why setting up with Gallagher on the Left is such a poor tactics born out of poor mentality.. it limited crosses from the left and set up the team to counter with palmer at no10 it literally means Jackson Will be the recipient when counter is on..and that's not his best strength.. we have played city twice when they are full burning, why setting Gallagher to defend when they are tired???

Lewis, I agree with you about Jackson, when he had that big opportunity face to face to the goal I would have preferred that he would have shot at once not matter if the would have failed, but at least he tried, but no by choosing the worst decision deviating his way to the left side and at the end missing the chance, yes he must to be more consistent, secured and confident in this kind of situations.

I am pretty sure Boehly and Co signed Jackson to help the opposition. he certainly is NOT a Striker. But to be fair, he was signed to play out wide and that certainly shows, so why keep playing him as a Striker? He would be far more effective playing in his natural position. What Pochettino is doing, reminds me of Einstein's take on insanity.... "Insanity is, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

They are sub standard players. And all this BIG UPS every other week for Caicedo and Enzo, just because we paid big fees for them, they are not good enough, Enzo was terrible against City, but the criticism is always on Gallagher. He played on the wing last Saturday and still did more in defence than either of Caicedo and Enzo.

How can you say the boys turned up when they lost to a shattered and exhausted Man City team that still out run, out fought and out scored them. It was a disgraceful performance and so was Man City's performance, but they had a very good and more than good performance hardly getting a break between games to rest while Chelsea could put their legs up. It was a disgraceful performance, not just from the team, but from the manager. How can you play Man City twice and one player save you from defeat in both games because they find him a handful and then bring him on in the last two minutes of full time and expect to do anything, but lose. He obviously thought Palmer was the answer forgetting that against the top 3 in all five against them in the Premier League, Palmer has contributed nothing, but one penalty, yet he is remembered as if he was responsible for not losing 4 of those games everybody predicted Chelsea would lose, and you can add the Tottenham game to that. Nobody is interested in facts, just what the media promote with an agenda that has nothing to do with football. There is nothing Palmer can do on the right wing Sterling cannot do better than Palmer, nothing in midfield Palmer can do Enzo cannot do better and nothing on the left wing Palmer can do Madueke cannot do better, yet he is a defensive liability and actually a comedian when it comes to defensive responsibilities and that is why Man City sold him. If Man City were not so exhausted they would have destroyed Chelsea if you understand that they beat them even when they were tired. Chelsea have to decide if they want to be a top table team or a mid table team now and then knocking on the door for the unwanted scraps of European football, because just like Man City, no top team will accept a player that is such a defensive liability to the team and why the team is so vulnerable to giving goals away, no matter how many goals he scores as that means if a goal is not scored by Chelsea, it will be scored by the opposition and so they will win meaning all you need is a low block to have a good chance of beating Chelsea. You know your goal is coming before the game starts. 7 goals leaked in 3 of their last Premier League matches where they could not defeat 2 teams bottom of the table because they simply put out a low block knowing goals will come their way such is the weakness of the Chelsea defense with Palmer at the very root of that weakness. Chelsea need to ask themselves if they need Palmer to score against weaker teams or can other players score while also putting up a better defense needed to win all the time, not draw and lose and win sometimes, and the simple answer is, yes they can. Chelsea also have to ask themselves if Palmer struggling to make any significant contribution in the games against the top teams needs to play as these insignificant contributions come with him being a defensive liability or can other players make a significant or even insignificant contribution like Palmer, but at least not be a defensive liability that Palmer is. This is all common sense you do not be a genius to work out, just like it does not take a genius to work out that both Palmer and Madueke have scored all the penalties they have taken and so there is nothing risky about Madueke taking penalties as well, yet everybody has been brainwashed to insist Palmer should take the penalty or it won't be scored. They say Palmer has almost single handedly carried this Chelsea team. Really? To where has he carried them, they are in no different position in the league they were last season. They may get a few scraps of European football, but they could also end up in a worse position in the league than they were last season. Would that mean he carried them to a worse position too last year? Can't believe the amount of nonsense I hear about Palmer the media have brain washed the public into so much that they have serious and unhealthy hate for other Chelsea players while the manager encourages it. Try putting together a 'Palmer goals' video and you'll go to sleep watching him taking penalties all day as 40 percent of his Premier League goals are penalties, penalties he did not win and penalties somebody else could have taken with the same result, including Madueke who would have done much more for this Chelsea team than Palmer with better results bearing in mind he is not a defensive liability, but he has been forced to sit on the bench and not been given the chance. Man City or any of the other top 3 teams would have certainly played Madueke before Palmer as they understand what it takes to be a top club and that to do that your players must be top of their game both offensively and defensively or their not playing as that is what is needed to win with consistency and what they don't want is the mid-table shenanigans you see with Chelsea. Chelsea need to stop letting the media pick their team and start thinking and behaving like a big club if they want to be a top club and that has to start with the manager and his staff, but they fail even at the basics and create the problems they are trying to solve. Man City must be laughing every time they hear media encouraged questions about if they regret selling Cole Palmer, while they win trebles without him and fight for top three spots with Chelsea languishing at mid table and unable to beat them when they are exhausted. They must have laughed harder when they saw Sterling their most feared player and who did them the most damage was not playing and even harder when they saw him being brought on with them at i-0 up and 2 minutes of full time to go. Peace and love

really? Do you think these players and directors are doing a great job? What about the owners who have no idea of football and even hire people who are either mid or have no idea of football. Please do not act as if you don't know.

I believe; the tinkerman Poch (Mr. can't f.....g read a game) cocked it right up from the start; by not starting with the same 11 as Everton game! Playing that useless c..t Enzo (and keeping him on the pitch far too long) killed Conors' game completely and made us starting the game with 9 men already! This tactical move also messed up Palmers' usual effectiveness in the game, unfortunately... Oh, also Oliver and his VAR bodies were f.....g awful, Jackson was the same old himself, Mudryk was ball watching instead of anticipating Bernardo Silva etc, etc... Despite of all that; we still should have scored a few goals, but kept missing clear-cut chances just like the previous final, unfortunately 🙁

Poch picked ENZO he was not 100% and should never have been picked, rest of team carried him for entire game so if its not on Poch who is it, Madueke and any player larking around after a defeat needs to go, Jackson could not score in a brothel

Sorry lewis, but all about missing chances is poch's job. Training better, give personal speech, teach how to act in front of goals, he got assistant for that, its included in man-management. You said subs were minor, but if it happens faster, only god knows, so thats not minor. Disasi vs doku, i laugh myself. Chalobah could face doku. Disasi center. Cmon poch is not innocent in this. And the fact that he didn't gave jackson a competition. We draw sheffield, a team that is becoming a chance for competitor to fight for place, for example david washington. He use jackson and we still being trash.

We need men and leaders in the team like Thiago Silva who wants to win so bad it hurts. Not Noni Madueke who fights his team for a penalty and laughs and jokes when he loses at Wembley. Do you not see Lewis it’s this juvenile and unprofessional mentality that is exactly what’s wrong with Chelsea ?
