Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in a twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. Great part II. Speaking of waking up early, I live in Washington, DC, but work in Falls Church, VA, right outside of Arlington, VA which is minutes from DC. I my start time is 5am until 1:30pm, but got up at 3am, leave home around 3:30am to get to work extra early, little after 4am to relax before work day starts. Now, since pandemic, teleworking and really, getting out of bed after 4am. But I've always been an "early bird." 🐦

Always good to start early. Personally, I accomplish a lot if I start early, which is never easy for me, though. However, productivity depends on job availability. As we’re not all entrepreneurs and self employed, if you are unemployed, it doesn’t really matter whatever time you wake up.
