PvP has to be one of the freshest things they’ve added to the Chinese version in a long time, but are they serious? There’s no way they didn’t know what box they were opening with BANDIT ZOMBIE. The game mode was “lock and key” enough as is :/

It looks like Bandit's potion not only makes him invisible, but incorporeal as well.

I loved it when Bandit Zombie said "It's Banditing time" and went on to ruin the meta. Truly the PVZ 2 Chinese Version addition of all time.

Glitter Zombie honestly sounds like a Interesting idea for the mode, while not being too strong, the Zombie is able to make zombie's immune and could offer some play in this mode

Unless they nerfed bandit zombie to something like this: - it still invisible and plant will not attack this zombie unless it's visible - but that zombie still able to hurt with "spray" like projectile (due to they always in AoE damage). - freezing him made it "slightly visible" because you can see the frozen foot. Plants still not target them but now, straight line projectile will hit them That could be interesting one to use

I play this mode a lot and I’ve managed to unlock both the Onmyoji Zombie and the Bandit… needless to say I almost never lose

man, putting Baby Park over the guy using the sawblade plant is both subtle and brutal

I wouldn’t be surprised if the next update is Jack-in-the-Box zombie at this point.

Isn't Bandit Zombie with Fog like... Actual zombie you can't see coming? If there's no Plantern(and I guess there's no Plantern),that makes Bandit Zombies drink their invisibility potion in the fog,where they're invisible anyway,so you literally have to guess IF they are present,not where

22:05 there is actually Plantern in this mode. However, it's near useless given that it can only counter one specific zombie and one specific gimmick, AND also reveals bandits in the opponent's field if you place it poorly. It's much better to bring plants like Hot Date and Explode o Nut to counter both bandits as well as other dangerous zombies like All Stars (Which is funny because Hot Date and Explode o Nut killing bandits is probably a bug)

I like how the opponent team color was red (never will hate it)

Besides the content of the video itself, I'm always excited to listen to the variety of music across the video.

Ive been waiting for quitte some time for a new arena video , it was an amazing video as always , filled with enormous unbalancing and funny things.

Can’t wait for them to add perfume zombie or that fucked up gargantuar from the fairy tale theme

Perfume would have to be fixed like Healer (so that she doesn’t friendly fire your plants), but Guardgantuar could theoretically work (yet would be absolutely insane to add)

Every video I see of this makes it look like genuine torture. The only zombies/plants that can help are always the most overpowered or broken ones, leaving almost no room for experimentation. It requires your opponent to fuck up or be running something less than the set in stone meta and every addition just seems to fuck it up even more. Genuinely shocked to see how such a simple concept can be transformed from the Xbox 360 version of the game into this completely unbalanced abomination. Thank you for torturing yourself to entertain us, Flag.

Honestly, I thought Mecha Football would never get in due to the Tunnel Terrain, but Toy Car Imp disproves that theory.

Next time you do a video on this mode, do you think you could include what level/turn/wave the zombies unlock? That way we could know which zombies are competing over which slot - the only thing I found online (english) was horribly outdated and had blatantly wrong info. Sorry if it sounds naggy, but I can't find anything reliable so you are the best bet.

Jalapeño is the only instant kill that can affect bandits excluding any plant that explodes after being destroyed

@@DarKn1ght. the insta would be used before they get the chance to cloak, hence why i mentioned iceberg specifically, it could hold bandit in it's base form long enough to kill it (in theory)

You can use him. He's just more expensive AND slower, so sending regular Gargs ends up being better overall.

@@HeDoMo3r The amount that's on the sun bank, you need to hold enough sun. Like once it's at 500/500, you can upgrade, etc.

Out of all things PVZ2C brings, it's overpowered stuff like bandit zombie. Bandit Zombie almost has NO counter to bring at all. Hot Date can only kill one of them and Plantern can only reveal them needing protection. Explode-O-Nut is the only counter you have a shot at. The worse zombies are Drinking Zombie,Parasol Zombie and Exploding Zombie since they are always countered and aren't worth using. Even a damn BASIC is better in many ways.

It's certainly biased, though at least the concepts themselves do intrigue plenty(they at least did better in changing it from console version's PvP as the plants seem much more spammable towards a victory in that setting).

I’d like some PvZ2C content, but not a 1:1 import. This certainly looks more engaging than our current arena, because that one barely feels like PvP, without even considering that you’re only playing against bots. Honestly if we can get these, but balanced, I’d really like it.

Okay so they didn’t add that broken Jack Box of a Zombie from the one video like I predicted but tbh they might still add him in the future Anyways Talkweb literally always seems to add things that are very bad or broken, there is literally no medium to this at all lmao, Multiplayer mode is still very bad and Talkweb doesn’t seem to listen to fans then again when have they actually done that? I wouldn’t be surprised if in the future Multiplayer mode became bad to the point where Flag Zombie literally would just straight up not make videos for it anymore

Still floored that this mode has never made it to worldwide. Like, the balancing sucks, and like, I know it'd probably be worse with what I hear about the PVZ international team (let alone the PVZ2 CHN team...) But I find it fascinating that they made a whole Bloons TD Battles esque mode and just... never gave it to worldwide? Even though the aformentioned game was very popular on mobile in the States as far as I know? And so was its sequel? Like come on. Put some effort into it. That honestly might have gotten me to be interested in PVZ2 again, but then again... I am a reflourished/mods baby. I haven't played PVZ2 in any form since, oh idk, before Modern Day was released. Hell I think it was as far back as the original Dark Ages release. Also from what I know, the current "arena" system sucks in PVZ2 international... like I don't see much of a point in playing it at all when it's just a game of who can have the highest level plants and the most overpowered gemium/premium plants like Pokra and stuff.
