This Navy SEAL Serial Killer Was INSANE... (*DISTURBING TRUE STORY*)
Ойын-сауық
Ben Sifrit, a former Navy SEAL and his wife, Erika Sifrit, embarked on a gruesome weekend getaway in the sunny seaside town of Ocean City, MD. The story went mainstream in 2002, around the time the incidents occurred and has since resurfaced among popular podcasts, including the Joe Rogan Experience.
While in Ocean City, MD the Sifrit's would spend the afternoons at the beach and the nights at clubs looking for potential victims. On May 24th 2002 while boarding a resort bus on 143rd street in Ocean City, the Sifrit's didn't have exact change to purchase the bus ride. Nearby passengers and couple Joshua Ford and Martha Crutchley covered the Sifrit's fare. The couples hit it off and made plans to go out together later that night.
Around 11pm the couple made their way to Seacrets nightclub. Where Joshua Ford, an army veteran and Ben, bonded over the military.. sharing stories of BUD/s and the SEAL Teams- while Martha Crutchley and Erika gossiped over shots. Both couples raged through the night.. and after last call the Sifrit's invited the couple back to their vacation rental, at the rainbow condominiums.
What happened next, is only known to the Sifrit's. But what is known is Joshua Ford & Martha Crutchley were never seen again.

Gunshots are not that noticeable or recognizable to people outside a room, others will simply play it off in their brain as stuff being moved or dropped if they do hear it. Coupled with a hotel where most don't want to deal anyone else business. That how house shootings normally go if you want to look into it. (Also think most old homes don't have insulation between the inner room walls, Where a hotel would further adding to a reduction.) For the example of house shootings the was a instance of a domestic case in a subdivision with an active neighborhood. There was a instance where a marine got back from a deployment and the wife served papers on him for a divorces to shack up with a jodi. According to the official statements guy tied up the wife and shot the jodi, then planned to set fire to the wife. she manages to get untied wrestle the gun away from said marine then shot him as the house was burning down. While this is a transcript of the official statement. I knew a PMO (MP) that had arrived to the scene afterword's when questioned the statement didn't match what she told the locals. But being low down on the pole he was basically told she was stressed and was getting mixed up, not to worry about it, as locals did the rest. Side note article didn't say it, But when she was tied up the marine shaved her head and said "I'm sending you to back to the rest of the pigs". Since the divorce wasn't finalized she kept the honors and benefits as a military widow, Base access, Health care, and the cash death benefits of her husband (A min of 500k), a few other things. I was still stationed there a few years after and last I heard she had moved to another house near by and was still staying near the base. EDIT: I was not trying to go that in depth on an example but it just shot up in my memory. But yeah, Gunshots even in housing developments are not that noticeable as one may think. Apparently the SDPD caught on to it, contacted the guys and basically just said it's enough, and the case got shoved away. I’m from Philly…..every woman I’ve EVER MET FROM ALTOONA, is batshit crazy…..That’s saying something. Moment he said Altoona it all like legit made sense to how crazy she was and this all just sounds accurate.

I found a new favorite channel other than donut.....great content man
This video was so well done. Quick and to the point, good job man
I sincerely hope that you enjoy making those, because I feel like I speak on behalf of a lot of people when I say that you've grown to become the person whose videos I anticipate the most !
This episode was incredibly well made. Great editing.
The background music and scrapbook line is golden lol. *subscribed
This one hits home. Spent many nights at Seacrets, and remember this story well. Always great content, Popo!
I'm retired Navy. Pilot, not a SEAL. Don't want Don Shipley after me lol It takes a fair amount of effort to get court martialed and dismissed (officer version of a DD).

I mean for officers to get CM and dismissed is hard but the system DD/OTHD enlisted a lot quicker and better tbf. also e-6 and under are expendable e-7 and above inc Os and WOs are spaired unless the buck stops w u then ur fucked a lot quicker than an enlisted might be

depends on the year. I saw new SEALs kicked with an OTH out for a single DUI or alcohol related incident around 2010. IDK how strict they were in the 90s. Honestly if his teammates all thought he was unhinged they may have wanted to kick him and and used any excuse available. I've also seen that.

If I'm not mistaken a DD is the equivalent of a felony in the civilian world. I'm thinking there is more to the story than being UA and insubordinate...
Přesně tak!!! Pokračuj!!! :D
Well put together video 👍
Man, I love these videos. Your editing and storytelling skills are top notch.
DUDE. I live in Ocean City, MD. This murder story is legendary around here. But never have I ever seen an in-depth video about these two. Thanks for spotlighting this.
I remember hearing Andy talk about it on JRE, and i was gonna Google it during lunch break. That's 6 months ago, so thanks for reminding me that I cared about this!
This was well put together.
Great production and presentation! Keep it up. Semper Fi
Man I absolutely love your editing, your story telling is amazing
Man you’re an underrated story teller, keep up the work, love your stuff. Love this sorta content too thanks for making it so damn captivating
Your exposition is on point.
Lol I'm glad I found this channel. The humor mix was a welcomed surprise.
Good stuff. I really like how you find all these weird ass stories I've never heard before. Keep em coming
This guy is a good content creator. For not having any actual footage of them it’s still sucked me in
First time viewer, that intro and music is off the chain bro 😂
Bro the background music is perfect 🔥🔥🔥
Phenomenal video as always, these mini docs just keep getting better. But holy shit, the cut at the end from giving the ominous warning that he’s gonna be out of prison and back into the world in 8 years to him energetically telling people to subscribe left me speechless for a second, then laughing for about a minute. That felt like a parody of a true crime ending lmao.
These videos are life. Very well made and love the humor added in as well. Looking forward to the next!
Murderers should be in prison for life with no parole until they die. Never let them out

@@joeytitan7336yeah, because sometimes people kill their abusers, so, how wrong actually is that? Or if the parent of a victimised child kills the paedophile, that's pretty understandable. I'm not saying any of this is "right" But you can wrap your head around it. Murder is a complex thing

Wow! What an amazingly edited video. Totally overshadowed the brutality of the topic because I was so amazed hahah!
I love your stories/ videos. I also look forward to seeing more and more of them! I give your vids 5 stars all day. I always love watching these even if I know something about the story your covering and I love em even more if I haven't heard of it!
these videos are so well made. love the videos man
Damn bro good translations with the music made it seem like I was in it great video skill
Popo Medic makes some of the best videos in the whole genre. Music always on point.
One of the perks of being a generally unpleasant person is never getting invited back to anyone's room to be murdered.
When POPO uploads you click. Everything from the music, the clips you find of them and the story-telling. Thank you for making my nights!
I’m not sure where this video even came from, i was having trouble sleeping n’ thought “hey maybe i can fall asleep to this” but nope! Ended up super into this well put together video. Good on ya
Completely unrelated but I love the dark synth that plays is your videos🤘🏽
I love your videos man! I appreciate the hard work you put behind these videos and stay safe while you’re out of town
Dang dood! This is my hometown and where I still currently reside. I was a small lad when this happened, people still sometimes reference it to this day. Thanks for covering this, you did an awesome job! - Will

I know the feeling, I guess. I spent several summers there a while back. It was like a second home to me. Definitely got some feels when he showed the picture of that OC sign on that brick wall and started talking about some of the restaurants and bars there.

@@edwhatshisname3562 I get what you're saying for sure. I film videos of my own town, I even see them in person almost everyday and think nothing of either of them. Then I see someone else put up footage and it is like seeing it for the first time after a long time away, for lack of a better term. Serial killer undertones aside of course, total anomaly there.
whoever is editing these videos hats 2 u
sick background music and scraping booking joke made me laugh out loud 😂
I remember seeing that exact clip with Andy Stumpf talking about this and forgot to follow up with looking into it. Thanks for making this.
This case was on Forensic Files as well. For me, not a case of "throwing your life away". There's a long history that these two have. There's something wrong with them for a long, long, time. Maybe their whole life.

This was a crazyyyy story i loved it first time on this channel too Definitely going to subscribe im in the navy and this is a crazy bonny and clyde story
Your mini documentaries are absolutely fantastic (as well as your editing) .... Maybe for your next video, I agree with doing a ruby ridge doc after the Waco siege video you did, or secondarily pertaining to Major Nidal Malik Hasan shooting down in texas? Can't wait for your next upload
I'm trying to get into this story, then you got to the part of "Who the F***opens a scrapbook store?? Lock her up!!" I lost it 😂😂🤣
