We would never have got to hear all this and get wisdom nuggets for our own paths. Yes he started at Nungua the power house of alcoholic drinks started in Nungua,Accra.I think we should give credit to Royal Ravico Hotel man who started this where Kasapreko man worked and left Nungua to Spintex (coka cola area) to establish there.

Maya go and look for the Royal Ravico Man who is a native of Nungua and a business tycoon who brought this gin/alcoholic drinks into being at Nungua the factory house of Alcoholic drinks.By then in 1995-1997, I used to sell bofrot to them(Ravico Distilleries) at their work place in Nungua seeing them washing bottle like TrueMamle said,buy fruits especially banana,tiger nuts(atagwe) in large quantities for their processing of drinks so I know this man you're interviewing.

The story of him and the ADB MD, awwww, love it! Come see me sitting up and smiling big. His kind is rare. Some key take aways- If you're a champion, you must be able to take punches; invest in your brand; quality quality quality.; don't cut corners, what one man can do, another man can do; invest time and resources in a succession plan so your legacy can live on. The man pays his taxes and doesn't cut corners. I would love to tour this factory. One thing that stuck out was him talking about charity and how he stopped one effort because it wasn't yielding the results he wanted. I would love to discuss his challenges and lessons he's learned and the best way to give back and make impact.

Wow...the interview was great and educative.

He fulfilled his dreams, and helping others is a gift God gave him. He is not a greedy man. Lots need to open their ears and listen.

There is something in Ghana that caught my attention in Mark Weins' video...the streets there in Accra was like in the 80's when I was a kid in the Philippines. Calm, friendly people etc.

Kasapreko doing something unique from what the other alcohol makers are making is a business strategy known as ‘ product differentiation’. My take from this video is be unique, be different be creative be determined. Don’t just follow the crowd we have to stand out.

Goodm ghana baby blessing after blessing running after you thank you, as a young leader helping show the world what african can do good develop africa in every area great.looking at africa i know the caribbean will rise again ouryouth and expeerience mature people would take us to 2063 we need to explore our local resources our talent and call home with the drum our children to come and invest in agriculture housing medicine etc time to feed ourselves again. Waoow I watched 1 hour of video and still craving for more. Thank you for bringing this eye opening segment to us. I was blown away when he talked about how he invested in training his children to manage the company. I have a little advice for you. I heard that you are planning to travel to Haiti; my friend I don’t think this is a good time to do that. Haiti is very,very,very dangerous. Maya this is the man of the year, I always follow this charnel but i will tell you this man standout If every African leader start thinking like this man Africa will change in no time, listing to what he Say " I sit back and they give me fit back I don't need to go there" you can see the confidence he is having with the people he works with.
