yes! it gave that 'soap opera scandal' feel; supposedly intentionally to unsettle viewers; anxiety because it went up to the line of 'being comedic' but then pulls back
The conclusion was heavy, loved it
Elizabeth took herself so seriously as a method actress and it just turned out to be a tacky made for TV movie

At least this movie is the proof that Natalie Portman had become a real actress now after she became older. In her youth, she was just a peace of wood with legs. Now, she can earn her many awards with real acting and not just with sensationalism.
