This Modern Glass Home in Alibaug is The Perfect Party Pad (Home Tour).
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Set in the coastal town of Alibaug, this modern home is the epitome of luxury and opulent living. A double-storied house with a lush landscape, Glass House 91 defies the stereotypes of what a holiday home in Alibaug should look like. Described as a holiday pad, it was designed to be extra and ostentatious.
#GlassInDesign is a series presented by Saint-Gobain ( / @saintgobainindiaglass... ) in association with #buildofy
The home is a cache of black and gray tones. The grayscale palette acts as the perfect backdrop juxtaposed with the jade green staircase, the red corridor, and the individual bathrooms with their extravagant natural stone finishes.

Huge glass windows, linear planning, varied textures of kadappa stone, and interesting art installations are some key highlights of the project. The Principal Architect walks through the house and explains how he worked out the planning of this extravagant house, keeping in mind the personality and lifestyle of the client.

these are like the party houses you'd own to flex in front of your guests while occassionally hosting parties
This is amazing! I love glass rooms and glass houses. The more the better! The outdoor bath tub and shower is a genius idea. First time I am seeing a dining area separate from the house which is really interesting. Loved the place.

I find the detached kitchen a little non-functional, but then again this is intended to be a holiday rental/weekend home and I'd imagine that there'll always be an army of staff to cook and move food to the eating area. The outdoor bathroom might be okay in the summer and winter months, but could be a veritable hell in the monsoon months with bugs and stuff outside. Also, mosquitoes are an issue if you need to take a shower after daylight. But for a holiday home I think this is quite novel and a positive perhaps.
This is absolutely phenomenal. The architecture is bold and unconventional, but ultimately it is bedazzling.
This is Design Masterpiece.
Cleaning those glass would be tough!
This is truly a masterpiece ❤️i love how the vibe of the video the effect its so trippy and godly 🥶seems like from the higher dimension
Beautiful home ❤❤❤❤❤.
design mixing materials is so good.
Love the light fixture/ chandelier in the dinning area...may I know which material was used.
Beautiful work of art May I know what stone u used in the bed room and the living, as u mentioned that u used cudaapah slabs in the nardscape and corridor areas. Is there any specific reason behind using cuddapah slab !? It hunk its cheap in cost compared to marble slabs, isnt it?
Very impressive.. Well done.
Wonderful creation. How do u maintain privacy while using all transparent glass. What about temperature during day time in summer
I love this one!
Beautiful Art piece but why it’s video has come so late,I saw the picture of project in a magazine two years ago
How’s the build cost difference between glass and bricks?
Killer house..... I want to know how much time did it take to complete and what is the complete cost of that building.
Very well executed. Unfortunately the purpose behind it's existence as explained at the end is a little sketchy.

IDK about the kitchen but this is a holiday rental home (Amore Luxury on Google Maps) where you get catering, etc.
What kind of glass has been used, to avoid heat of the sun and temperature. How about the safety of the glass , is it something like a unbreakable Tuflon glass
Waaaaaw 😍😍😍😍
Outdoor bathroom space is not safe in a country like India. Other being at first it may sound / look classy at first lately a slight rumble in the bushes ends the game
