I'm actually surprised that scammers haven't picked up on the remote ECU flash/tune process. I mean there's some potential there. Imagine thinking you flashed your bike's ECU but instead you get codes thrown by your bike telling you that you owe money to the IRS?!

The warranty was just rendered VOID ...now you take your chances ..especially now the rev limit was raised Honda will not like this....you could go -1 front sprocket, +4 rear....and get shocking acceleration....

And here I am still driving 18 years old FireBlade. Good video Yammie, shows us how tech did huge advance over the years.

Professional racers are always at 15,000 rpm at all limits of the bike. That is why I love my super Duke for street use with everything happening 7000-9000 rpm range.

After deleting emissions and installing a full Leo Vince on my 07 zx10r it came to life. Then installed the power commander and the new life just roars like a beast. No doubt I should have done the tuning sooner. But my parts cannon was already loaded

Yeah but they are piggyback tuners...your not 'hacking into the ECU...plus your ZX is old, Noob just voided the warranty on this bike !! He should have purchased the HRC race kit...

@@lloydchristmas5804 yes I do, to an extent. What you have is still safe enough. Our bikes are built without all the "assistance" systems like o2 sensors, traction control, abs, etc... I didn't notice any difference going from the PC to flashing except 5 extra hp after baseline was established. Honestly enjoy being in control of every aspect of the ride on the zx10r. They didn't call them widow makers for no reason. Unless you're trimming the fat from your bike for track use, you'll be just fine with the PC.

When the bike now makes more HP than my car 🙃

Back in 1990 I had a CBR600 and that was an excellent bike for the road as it wasn't insane. Having said that, it's sweet spot was about 80 mph and you did have to stir the gearbox...

There is a Dynojet 3 device that transfers tunes - in the early days of that device they had to do things much like that. It takes time to make a master list of tunes - lol

Ahh that looks fun to JTAG a bike. I used to JTAG Xbox 360s and I spent a lot of time soldering connectors to the boards to have the PC reading and writing data. Made me want to go hack toys to do messed up shit hahaha. You can rewrite any flash memory and if you can find a flash chip you can read and rewrite it.....usually

Pease tell us you did the drag races with your Hiyabusa aswell just for all the fun that you can have with a drag race 🤞

Great video guys. I have the SC77 CBR 1000RR. It was already dumb fast, but after this I know I must do a full system and ECU flash. You can definitely feel the dips in the power curve and the factory "muzzle" they put on it, even the non SP model.

I’d love to add a race exhaust and an ecu flash, but as you probably know, it probably + void your warranty. And I’m sure if you have catastrophic failure or less, it will be a huge out of pocket expense. If money is no object sure. Sign me up. If you don’t….bummer. At least Ducati it’s sanctioned and they provide the dealer the code for the reflash and your 100% covered. And if you have Ducati red extended warranty it makes it worth that much more. I’m a huge in-line 4 Honda fanatic. Started with a 2018 CB650R. The stock exhaust at the time and for me was the perfect balance. The thought of upgrading the exhaust was not an option it sounded that beautiful to me and I couldn’t see it getting any better then stock. Just my 2 cents.

(communication with the tune company) Houston, we have a problem. Fire secondary, check. Engage inertial dampeners, check. Ignition. Throttle up. I had that much fun my first day riding my 2003 FZ-1. Took it out on a brand new stretch of perfect highway at night going over to see my brother. 80mph in 1st... Hit 165mph on the speedo and the bike was like floating on glass. Stretched the shit out of the chain. Held top out for a good 30 seconds. Chain was smoking burning off the factory lube... And that was just stock! Damn that was a good bike.... lol.

The drivers that run the program is proprietary more then likely. To prevent bootleg tune kits for a super bike imagine buying a fake kit and bricking a 30k bike out

Honda typically does not produce expensive bikes. Most people expect Honda’s and Yamahas to be less expensive especially since they make so many bikes vs other companies. Honda is experimenting to see if typical Honda person will cough up extra cash for European type pricing

Nope.....honda have had an SP version of the fireblade for years now, and its because of world superbikes. The bike could be 50 grand, honda know they'd all sell out anyway. Remember a few years ago, the 250K motogp replica? Of course they make expensive bikes.

My passion is American bikes but will always have a soft spot for Honda. The rc and the vfr are some of the best bikes ever made. This thing prob rides like an rc position. I absolutely love the bike and that’s still a big no for me. Will never have another street bike with even clip ons so I dang sure ain’t sitting on my heels to ride around town. For a track bike I want something cheap enough that if I beer can it, I only cry a little.
