dang dude. I wish i had it more physical than mental. I have moral OCD which in my opinion is the worst because it causes so much stress. I literally can’t sleep at night and if i do, i have very intense dreams. Every night. Either way, I hope you feel better!

honeyluv Except only 2-3% of the world’s population has OCD. These types of videos are very misleading because they make ignorant people think that being a bit bothered by things that aren’t symmetrical means that you have a goddamn mental disorder, when in reality, OCD is much more complex and often causes severe anxiety like you mentioned.

Just to make this clear: I have OCD. OCD is more than just being perfect and clean etc. It is fear and anxiety inducing. It has tormented me for years and I have always been irritated by people joking about it, oblivious to what it really is. Don't assume. This is not a hate on the video. @@jeremythomas4744 No. You just like making your drink that way. OCD may be something like making your drink like that because you have an irrational fear that something bad will happen if you don't, or doing several compulsive motions while making it. Those are just examples. Symptoms can vary

PsychoMoon 28 ocd isn’t the sort of disorder to be “mild” ocd lingers with you all day and forever, keeps you up at night and makes you cry. You may wash your hands till they’re dripping blood and still feel like you’re infected and sick with a plague your brain has made up. Ocd isn’t wanting things organised, it’s making rituals that when not followed you believe they will lead to the death of your family and friends or yourself. Ocd is hell on earth, and it’s debilitating.

Archer Knechtel did it make you think you, a loved one, or a family member was going to die if you didn’t fix it? Did it make you think you were going to be infected with a nonexistent plague if you don’t fix it? Did it make you lose your job with worrying about not fixing it? If not, it’s not ocd.

obsessive compulsive disorder isnt perfectionism, he didn't want to make ocd look like perfectionism only. last I checked, ocd can range from things like washing your hands 30 times in 10 minutes without noticing to things like flicking the light switch exactly 7 times before going to bed.

@Bruh Sauce , you are correct on that. As a person who has legitimate OCD, I can verify this. It starts as something small, and evolves into some sort of routine. The thought process is different for most people, but it’s most commonly to do with anxiety induced thoughts such as “I HAVE to do this right or something bad will happen”. good job for knowing that OCD isn’t just “the pencil isn’t straight ohhhh noooo my OC DEEEEE”.

I mean I truely have ocd cause I can't think of something I want to think of. For example if I want to imagine myself a dick going into an ass, the dick won't go in. Instead it will do non-possible things like becoming a bridge and going over the ass or something. This is the "smallest amount of ocd" you can have. Really bad would be if you *DO* things you actually don't want to do. For example killing someone without wanting it.

OCD is not the same as perfectionism, I have ocd. It mostly includes ripping out moles with pliers, cutting off “imperfections” with scissors, picking at my nails until they bleed, and not being able to stop myself from continuing to cut my hair off shorter and shorter when I get stressed.

SSJ4GSSJ3 Vegeta Dude. My OCD isn’t as bad as it was before. I thought that my skin would rip off when I pass corners, everything was OCD. I had to sleep downstairs because of that stupid OCD. Dây Poppin then you must not have it as bad as me. Because I have struggled with it my whole life. It’s absolutely MISERABLE. I have took medicine since I was like 6 or 7 to make me feel better. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. This video and other videos don’t make it better. And believe me I really like this KZreadr!!! He is funny and makes good videos. But this video he should have have really done his research on. But I’m not here to start fights.
