I play Minecraft on a tablet so it takes a while, meaning I see what looks almost identical to this pretty much every time I load into a world. It prioritizes entities over blocks, so I assume that it was prioritizing the tiny blocks over the regular blocks. That's why the floor and stuff disappeared. Idk why u fell out of the world tho, probably something to do with the combination of all the mods.
