I've listened to a lot of your videos and listened to, read and practiced Neville's teaching for a while. If there is one video/concept that I will put on repeat and practice to the fullest, this is it. Because I've noticed if you fully feel the feeling (in this case ecstasy and bliss) you don't really need to fill in the details and mental picture of what you want to experience. That takes care of itself and you then experience it in alignment with the feeling.

Absolutely. Another feeling that seems to do wonders for me too is 'relief'.I had a pet that was quite ill at one point, and after purposely feeling relief one day, a week or so later she passed, and while that in itself was very sad, the relief I experienced from not having to worry about her condition whenever I'd come back home was truly a great weight lifted from my shoulders. Another instance was feeling relief when our landlord was pressuring us to leave so he could renovate. Soon after, he just sort of let go of the idea and stopped pestering us. I also remember using it to help a relative who is a teacher for special needs children and dealing with a psychopathological case have their work environment lightened up by having the child removed from her school, which wasn't equipped for such heavy cases, into a more specialized school. I'm not a very emotional or 'bubbly' person, so it's hard for me to capture random ecstasy, but relief is a much calmer feeling that I can more easily conjure up.. :)

The key take away point for me is that he stayed up till 2 a.m to do what he felt drawn to. When you are in flow you dont realize time and effort. You are immersed in it. He is entering flow by following impulses of what gives him joy. This is also an ideal way to let go but still keep the desire in loop. And this also the best way to enjoy the journey while you have your desires eventually coming into 3D because they will! Joseph is really pin pointing things… Lovin it ❤️

You are so reliable and so absolutely accurate. There’s a song called “Jerusalema” written by an African man while on an airplane experiencing severe operational problems. It’s a prayer and it’s so beautifully moving it became a phenomenal dance movement around the world. I found an 8 and 10 hour version on the tube here and it instantly moves me into “the zone”. I dance and jiggle and become one with my Self immediately. The strength and beauty of that man’s conversation and connection with his god is astounding. Although I don’t understand a single word, I understand every single one of them and I sing right along with him. I instantly connect with my inside being. You are my other instant connection; your words and wisdom follow me all the days of my life.

Absolutely beautiful, a poetic journey this. You brought back to mind the amazing nights of pure bliss of the 90’s club scenes. Thinking back now, I can see why it was the center of my life, it was indeed an ecstatic ritual. Not necessarily to party or hook up it was a gathering, a union in rhythm and movement. I later studied dance technically and although it refined me, I abandoned the euphoric fun of the experience. I point in this direction for all things again, first class. It’s All wonderful, isn’t it? You are a gift, Thank You 🙏

Love your content Joseph. I'm currently condensing my notes I made on your Subconscious course. Really brilliant stuff, I love your longer, 'self-talk' style affirmations, most of my books don't cover approaches like that and I seriously think that the self-talk, once the affirmation is rooted enough in your subconscious with repetition, conviction, feeling and emotions, that the self-talk feels and becomes so much more natural than just one blanket affirmation over and over that it really slips better past the conscious, logical, rational mind because it doesn't feel forced or false.

Maybe I’ve been “lazy” in imagining what I want to experience. I will contemplate this and not over think. Very good advice to just feel ecstatic without the how , thank you Joseph

Dance is such a powerful force and when you described those experiences, it reminds me of my experiences in the underground dance scene and all the powerful, profound conversations that unfolded in this context. Like you, I love seemingly weave disparate things together like dance and literature and this has greatly influenced the program I've put together as well as how I approach life in general.

One way I’ve been able to find “the feeling” lately of happiness….is by asking myself a question. What is the desired end result of this? If I want something like a house, motorcycle, car etc…how can I get it is not the next question I ask. I ask myself What is the desired end result of having that? That’s usually when the feeling comes up of happiness….that’s what I really wanted all along… So I imagine already having that. Whatever comes up as the end result of my goal I imagine already having. Happiness was an example but it’s been happening more lately on goals. I have yet to see many things manifest but it hasn’t felt as much of a priority as I clean myself up a little and my joy and inner peace keeps expanding. Many of these things I already feel I have so I have no doubts about it. And my life seems to be falling more into line with coincidences and synchronicities. I am not waiting on the end result. I’m more at peace. Coincidentally we just had Venus go retrograde in my first house, astrology…on my birthday while the nodes are transiting my MH and IC. It’s quite the coincidence that I am working on abundance techniques during this time while I am reevaluating my entire life. My career home life family and money.
