When I first learnt about this principle I was like sure if this is the case gimme that top percent guy that everyone wants then I'll believe it. Then I was introduced to Prince and he asked me out eventually but literal models would ask Him out, it was very strange coz I get that he was rich but this was coz of his energy. These girls would write their number and have a waiter send it over at a restaurant and crazy stuff like that. Then my friend saw him and started calling him 'hot guy', she didn't know we were dating and he was calling me 'wifey' but we were never exclusive nothing really happened except for some really expensive dates. I started feeling like omw why is everyone after him now I don't actually want competition. I changed my mind real fast 😂 and he was out of the country half the time. I mean he did write my name in the sand when he was at a beach and send gifts but it was that kinda thing...I realized this is the type of relationship people want when they crave status and validation.

when you get this right, your world can change in an instant (like from out of know where). it's jarring how fast it all can change. one thing i did that really connected me with "the flow" was to quiet my thinking mind. there really is no need for all that chatter in your mind all day. find a way to peacefully quiet that insatiable monkey and you are in. good luck all........ this stuff is what it's all about

​@@MCAVideos6886 whenever you start overthinking or have mental chatter- bring your awareness to your body and breath- it will ground you and put you back in the present moment. It can take practice to catch yourself, but once you do and once you start applying what I suggested, things will start to change- your mental health will improve in subtle, yet profound ways- but just be patient, as it doesn't happen overnight. Also make sure your self talk is positive and uplifting.

@@MCAVideos6886karakahn has an excellent method. yet know that your mind is going on and on all day (you here it, most people believe it who they are). 98% of that thinking is totally unnecessary. every time you think just whisper to yourself (in your mind) "this is unnecessary". a pause will happen. this pause will grow longer and longer with time. when the pause happens lightly place your attention on your breath at the tip of your nose and slow your breathing down. then just sit and let it all be........... ..... .. . easy : ]

That quote in the beginning of this video really need to practice putting it into action. Almost everytime i get a desire about dating someone i always think im unworthy. Unworthiness is the thing i have been struggling with since I was in first grade im 26 now thats how much damage others opinions of me has done to me. It may take a while for me to feel worthy again but I know this is the right thing to do in order to get my manifestations. Thanks for that quote its like you knew exactly what i needed to hear.

I have a situation I hope Joseph and/or someone here could help explain. I've been trying this technique lately specifically to re-discover my marriage and bring it back from the brink of divorce following a now lengthy separation, as I very much still 'desire' to be with my wife and have our small family reunited as one. With regard to other 'desires', house, car, location, happiness, at peace/bliss etc, I am able to imagine and feel in much detail, with vivid colours, landscapes, emotions etc. The issue I'm having in applying this technique in the instance of my desire to be with my wife, is that I can not hold an image in my imagination of her and/or us being together in a ''future' setting (that I of course feel as being the now) for more than a split second before her face, then body completely phase out and all that remains is a shadow-like profile of where she was in my imagination.....the more I focus the harder it then becomes to regain her image......which is then at times replaced by an image of someone unknown to me!! What's going on here?!!! Also, and slightly off track but definitely connected.......in this video the emotion of desire is the focus, however, in the vibrational frequency triangle, 'desire' is quite low down on the frequency range, i.e. it is 'low' relatively negative/dense energy, if I recall, it resides somewhere just above 'fear' and around 'anger' & 'pride', i.e. not aspirational........so could imagining our 'desires' actually be preventing manifestation of higher vibrational 'positive' outcomes and, as such, my 'desire' to be with my wife will not align in this lower negative/dense energy state?!!! Surely then, we must imagine who we want to be with (feeling 'are with') and who will then be with us (feeling 'is with') using the emotions of 'reason', 'love' & 'joy'.......not desire!!!

I think I know exactly what you mean. I have those kind of experiences too most of the time or quite often. I guess it's our logical brain trying to analyze the situation and telling us this is near impossible. I love this man as much or more than my life and he was the one who started the whole marriage thing with me and just pulled off and stopped responding to me. But I do know we both need the love we have to give each other. And I'm trying hard to practice this technique and have been praying for things to fall into place. But, yea, you get what I'm trying to say here, right. Maybe it is the disbelief in us or the thought process which is asking us if this is even possible at all that's creating this mental block in us. I feel for you, the love you have for your wife. I'm a lot like you. I love like crazy and truly but somehow it did not work in my marriage. I realized it was God's will for my ex husband and me to separate for our own good. Hard but it was true. See if this is the case with you too. If no is not the answer, then remember I'm here visualizing for you too. Neville talks about it in one of his other lectures where a person can help visualize for a friend or person they know. Nevertheless, you are not alone. Hi Mercy, well let me first say a great thanks for such a lovely and well considered reply to my query. I did not expect that someone would go to such length to give a detailed explanation as you have, and the fact you have had similar experience is indeed a much appreciated insight and very thought provoking......and that you have considered to share this is also something special to know, so I thank you again. For reasons I wont go into here, I can now begin to understand why this is proving so difficult as yes, as you say, the possibility of it happening perhaps seem unlikely and therefore the subconscious does not 'believe'.....I'm onboard with this explanation. I will be mindful of this 'glitch' (i.e. a perception that I am not always checking-in on and correcting/wiping). My original post was only just less than a week ago, so timeline wise nothing has changed and I'm not even in regular contact (we live about 150+ miles apart, 4hrs by car). Mercy, I'm not sure if YT allows email exchange via these comments, i.e. if it detects an address it will withhold the comment? But, if you would like I could try dropping my email into a reply to you? Also, I thought it best to ask you first. God Bless, Jason

You can try robotic affirmations and autosuggestions without imagining or having a vivid imagination,I have tried different methods and yes they work for me even if I don't vividly imagine something,for example if I am trying to imagine something I want but I feel too distracted or mentally tired,I will instead use robotic affirmations or autosuggestions to manifest a relationship for example,I can imagine myself with a beautiful red head or brunette or blonde in diffident scenarios or I'll just repeat this for example "me an my red head or brunette girlfriend experience so much joy and happiness everywhere we are,it is wonderful."

I was really embodying 'to become her' like marilyn monroe . That day i was just shopping and had 3 man chasing me, one asked me to date and asked my number. I didn't give it of course but it was very funny. 3 men in maybe 2 hours. And today on work a customer called me a moviestar just out of the blue. It's very funny when you start really believe in yourself and your worth. Also everyone seems so nice to me this last 2 weeks. ( This happenes after a long periode of finally let go of an sp. I think because now i really choose myself.)
