Lyrics:
I've been cheated by you since I don't know when
So I made up my mind, it must come to an end
Look at me now, will I ever learn?
I don't know how, but I suddenly lose control
There's a fire inside my soul
Just one look and I can hear a bell ring
One more look and I forget everything
Mamma mia, here I go again
My my, how can I resist ya?
Mamma mia, does it show again?
My my, just how much I missed ya
Yeah, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know
Why I could never let you go
I've been angry and sad 'bout the things that you do
So I made up my mind to tell you that we're through
But when you go, when you slam the door
I think you know that I won't be away too long
You know I'm not that strong
Just one look and I can hear a bell ring
One more look and I forget everything
Mamma mia, here I go again
My my, how can I resist ya?
Mamma mia, does it show again?
My my, just how much I've missed ya
Yeah, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, even when I say
Bye-bye, take me now or never
Mamma mia, it's a game we play
Goodbye doesn't mean forever
Yeah, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know
Why I could never let you go

I know no one cares but this video really shows the essence of Kyoto. I lived there for a year and no one pays attention to the mundane aspects of this city, which isn't that weird considering how many amazing cultural landmarks there are. But it makes me so happy to see the Kamogawa, the parking lot mascot, the Mos Burger... Brings back so many amazing memories. Lovely city, in both its grandiose and mundane aspects

@@SteppingStonevlogsI lived in Maryland for years, and sometimes I just miss parts of neighborhoods like the mall in Rockville and and the general area of Silver Spring, and not just the AFI Silver Theater, but this nice crepe place that’s right next to a pretty cool comics shop with a basement full of discounted single issues, tpb’s, and Graphic Novels (I don’t miss the traffic in Silver Spring, tho. weirdly enough i don't think he's a great singer, i think the reason it works to well is because it's raw and it's real, you get what you see you know? theres emotion and feeling behind it, and in a world where everything is overproduced, fake and manufactured, things that are real are just beautiful to behold

Eric Forsyth i dunno man, it sounds like a straight live recording. You can hear the difference in atmospheric sound when it changes location and they all sound pretty organic.
I come back to this video often. Thank you for it. I remember when it came out. My soon to be ex and I loved it. We even had plans to see your first show, which iirc was somewhere in New York/North Jersey. Idk if you'll see this, but I hope you are doing better too.
When you released this, I listened to it pretty nonstop for a while. Not entirely sure why, I just really enjoyed it. My now ex would get so mad and make me turn it off and would get so upset I stopped listening to it (not entirely sure on why for that either). Now I'm married to an amazing woman who would never do anything like that and is very encouraging of everything I do in life, including listening to the same songs a million times. Not sure why this popped up on my feed today, but I'm glad it did.

Right?! I think it's funny how he's so open and stand-out, which I think is kind of shocking to the Japanese people, especially the older generation. It cracks me up when the camera zooms in on shocked and uncomfortable people. LOL, They are probably wondering what is wrong with occidentals.
