Looks like an office space & very 'industrial' = typical 'cold cheap box' style = costs more 2 do than 'traditional' regular size window stuff but looks way worse. If U want 2 feel like U R 'outside' that bad, then go the fuk OUTSIDE! =))

Sheer luxury but not overwhelming. I could actually imagine happily living there. ❤👍

Faucets that look like literal scrap from a junk yard with copper color spray paint = what a $cam. Michael is trolling us, same as the so-called 'builder' =)) The whole 'get the most expensive house in a neighborhood' thing is also the worst possible advice. U make the most $ by fixing up a junker 2 meet the comps = E Z $ure thing U can repeat 4ever.

My guess is they R paying half that or less wholesale from China in bulk LOL It's literal scrap krap. What a total $cam = everything in the place OMFG =))

Fabulous tour of a modern home. Michael looks a bit tired, hope he is keeping well, and Adam at his wise and witty best. A suggestion to widen the genre of your Vlogs - why don't you cover some Fine Dining Restaurants of BH, LA, LV, etc. Many people cannot afford it but always aspire to just like your watches, jewellery, cars and houses. Hope we can see you reviewing some Fine Dine food in your usual zesty and sophisticated way.

Reminds me of a car tire store or other 'retail space', not a house style at all = way 2 angular & cold = absolute krap like mot 'modern' so-called 'architecture' = lame. Needs 2 B more fluffy & rounded & natural looking, not 'sterile'.

I believe the cut out where Michael was hiding out in the laundry room is for a dry cleaning unit.

Stunning home ! Actually a home that has SO much luxury that others don’t, at a cost that isn’t insane. I don’t think that home will be on the market for long, someone will buy that super fast. It actually feels like a warm welcoming home, not some stark sterile “show” home. Congrats to the builder. He really knows how it put so much more elegance in home and make it “feel” like a home. I love everything about this house, and it's beyond aesthetically pleasing. Everything is so detailed, unique, and tastefully created. It is the perfect balance of luxury yet modern and homey at the same time. It doesn't feel overly spacious either, and it seems to have adequate space for just about everything you could want still. Overall, it is genuinely such a jaw dropping and all around perfect property. P.S. You absolutely can not name a better duo than Michael and Adam, especially when it comes to their lovely home tours 😂😂😂

Step one, turn on the water, step two, press button on back of sprayer, step three, move pressure valve from right to left at the base of sprayer to select the pressure you desire. If it's all the way to the right the pressure valve is closed and water will not exit sprayer.

I'm gobsmacked too! So much quality for the price. Very well thoughtout and detailed. AND so very livable. The kitchen is to die for. I love it.
