@@It-b-Blair You hit a big nail on the head there. Dave has gotten to the point where he is biased based on level creator these days. If one of his friends (or someone popular) makes a shitty level he will play it for hours and leave it a like even though he clearly hates it.

It's just a simple fun boss rush, it doesn't need one. Also, you can avoid the lava in the second half by sitting on one of the hidden blocks, also of course there's a dev item, why would they want to play their own level?

I only just started playing Mario Maker 2, just made a few levels so far. They aren’t perfect, but they’re not garbage either. Fighting all the koopalings is one thing (though even some of that looks obnoxious in design)… but having to pointlessly sit there and wait out the lava at the beginning? C’mon level creators, do better. Make levels that are hard, sure… but make sure they’re also FUN please.

I think it's time for Dave to move on from uncleared levels. Especially don't let chat pick them. They are all outside of his skill range now (Which doesn't take much) and he immediately always just screams and whines about the levels instead of blaming his own skill issues. It gets old listening to an impatient streamer cry about nothing. Just stick to what you're good at instead of forcing yourself into dumb situations for 'content'. It's bad content that way.

I appreciate this content, too, actually. It's astounding to see what horrendously designed levels are out there. The last level was pretty cool, but the others were painful-and if he didn't give them a shot, I expect I'd never see them, and they're a great learning tool for how and why not to do things.
