I don't think marrying 4 wives has anything to do with sexual pleasure. Most men stop functioning at certain age. Then what? Where do those wives get attention? The verse is fixing real society issues, and that is to take care of those who can't take care of themselves. You don't look for 4 hot young chicks. I know this might not be the intend of our sheikh, but some people think that's the case. Allah knows best

It’s not always for sexual pleasure but it is a driving force and a reason for many, but imo it’s the concept of the man’s ego and status, him being able to say to his friends and say to himself “I have 2/3/4 wives” it makes him feel more manly and full of himself The excuse of genuinely wanting to fix societal issues I believe is a lie, in the time of the prophet I believe it was the case as many would marry widows and divorcees but now men don’t come near those women If you truly want to fix society then why don’t you help unmarried men pay mehr and get married? It’s an empty excuse imo

Also, I’ll give you a simple method for fixing jealousy: stop hanging out with people too much. Stop going on Facebook, or other social media platforms. Maintain a social life but also maintain your own boundaries. We get jealous of people when we mix too much with them. When we mix with people with boundaries, this usually doesn’t happen. Also, try to live simply and have friends who do the same.

I don’t agree with trash talking to the jinn - it doesn’t sit well with me. I find that is from human ego in my personal opinion. Allah knows best.

Not sure if it’s halal or not but I heard from a sheikh say before “will it help you if you have a pain killer on your wrist?” The answer is NO! You need to take action and put that pill in your body for it to work. Ayatul Kursi is very powerful but you have to recite it yourself or someone else recite it for you if you want best results. Having a powerful painkiller on your wrist doesn’t do anything. Hope this helps :)
