Very interesting the review on the jacket. I have one identical. For the long sleeves, I think it’s meant to be rolled up once, and it looks perfect.

You make it tighter so the wind won't get in. It is a bomber jacket for open cockpit back in World war

The white/clear spots is a top coat sealer that seals in the black color

Can you please tell me- did you have to go one size up because of the interior ,?? On my eastman b3 jacket I'm 46 but it was too small so I had to get 48.

No if anything I could’ve gone a size down! It depends on your proportions but go for the snugger fit in my option as it’ll stretch out and the shearling will compress as you wear it

May I ask. How long are the sleeves on the size 34? I am recommended a 36 on their size but realistically would not mind a slim fit, I’m just more concerned about the sleeve length. Thank you!

Hey! So the sleeves are longer, they are 27inches from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve!

Do you think its the dye that causing the wear on the sleeves? Your Prada X Adidas sneakers, did you buy true to size? I've been on the hunt for them and I've given up. I can't believe I missed out LOL. However, I found an Adidas x Y3 collab. I'm about to place an order. Not sure of sizing. Reviews say to go down half a size and was wondering if your Prada x Adidas applied to similar sizing as far as it being too big. Thanks.

I'm not sure what it is tbh, I don't think it's dye more so maybe just dryness. For the Prada x Adidas first drop I got my regular size, for the second drop I got the same size but it was was too small so I would size up at least .5 to 1 full size for both tbh if you find them! I'm not sure who is having them be too big ahaha if I went down half a size they would literally fit my big toe

I ordered a size 36 i hope it fits, i usually wear either a S or M in US size. From what i see, looks like Schott is Like Levi's where they're off on their sizing.

Yeah that should work! The arms are a bit long but honestly, it's nice and snuggly!

I have been wearing this jacket since 2017 and apply Obenauf conditioner every year and that keeps my jacket looking pristine.

Hi, I’m in the market for one of these jackets. I’m 5’6, about 160 lbs and about 39 inch in chest measurement. Do you think a size 34 or 36 would be the best option for me? I maybe only plan on wearing 2 shirts underneath it at most (undershirt and button up).

Thanks for watching! I would say if you want a bit of extra room then go for the 36. They do fit a bit larger but they don't really stretch at all. If you can try both on that would be the best to really see which cut you prefer!

They do fit big, so I would size down if I were you, hope it's not too late!

I did get an older one on eBay size 44 and it fits fine but it’s like 20-30 years old I definitely want a new one​@@anthorpology

Very interesting review! Thanks a lot. I cut and copy what Gail writes about conditioning (she was the best Schott expert worldwide). We always advise to be very careful in putting any product on a leather. The sheepskin jacket is tanned for a leatherized appearance and nothing should be put on this leather. This leatherized sheepskin will become more vintaged in apppearance with wear and that is what is it made to do. Products put on this finish could damage the finish. All cleaning and conditioning of this jacket should be done by a professional leather cleaner. gail

Thank you!! Yeah I haven't applied anything to it, but I hear conflicting advice on whether or not I should. I'll go with what you're saying as it makes sense that it's meant to be vintage!

Aldo actually sells good leather conditioner and so does Coach :) you just apply it on a towel on wipe all over the jacket or shoes. Changes the appearance so nicely.

No you should not on sheepskin this is not full grain leather this is a suede product with a finnish on top so no schott does not recomend to put anything on it

Both will get messed up and be quite heavy in the rain. If you wear it in a light sprinkle its fine, but in Vancouver we get storms ahaha

just got mine last week, how do you keep it look nice, schott employee told me I can use weiman leather conditioner when necessary. Vancouver is not cold as usual this winter BTW lol🤣

I ordered a jacket just like this in 2XL which is really Big. I went with such a large size mostly do to being muscular as you can see on my profile picture and having way to big of a butt for a man 😕 After watching this video I’m seriously second guessing myself and thinking I should’ve went XL instead

It’s hard since they run so boxy and large but a larger size isn’t always bad! Good for layering if it’s cold enough

Dude... are you conditioning it? You need to condition leather every few months at the least with beeswax or lanolin or whatever.
