My head cannon is Delirium wasn't expecting Mattman to clip into the error room and go the Void. So Delirium wasn't prepared to fight and thus was easily destroyed.

Funniest part, doing that breaks your game: you can’t go back up the ladder, so you have to leave via teleportation or going into the back rooms again

I feel like tainted Magdalene would be really op with this item

He had Tainted Magdalene passive with normal Magdalene (E. Coli + Oh Crap! transformation = When you touch an enemy it becomes poop and you heal 1 heart if you break that poop)

The surprising thing is, that this is not that much of an OP run.

the amount of giant props matt walks past by on several occasions sometimes hurts a lot

I really appreciate how they made troll bomb one of the more common drops. It helps balance so you have to be more aware with blood banks and other damaging machines if you wanna break

Hey Matt! I just want to let you know that your were the reason I started isaac. I first started out only having moms heart in afterbirth+and now I have every tainted character in Repentance, all thanks to you. You are the best.

I wonder if there's an item that sort of combines passive items to give a new passive one tier above? For example, it'll take two tier ones to give a tier two, and it could take a tier two and a tier one to make a tier three. That could be kinda cool to see.

That ending was so chaotic with the music getting funky, really low health and just demolishing the rooms lol, no hitting Delirium was the cherry on top **chef's kiss**

You’re honestly so lucky whenever I do other characters or try to go ultra hard to finally completed. I always get screwed over by stuff like a red poo at the end of the floor when I have one heart left, early game by the spider enemies, or some bullshit champions

That was an epic run, one of the best. Truly, this mod is fun

genuinely my most fun run in recent memory was a maggy run with sanguine bond, so many items can break with that setup it’s so fun

Honestly for little modded item showcases like this, I feel like using things like Stars and just giving yourself the item again would be fine, Obviously up to you in the end Matt, but rigging is fun

If your doing a run like this and get a rev. stars card, you could just use console to remove the item after the first one (In this case it would be daddy long legs) and then use the console to re-add the moded item.

to be fair I think that whenever you are showcasing a mod passive items and you find stars you just use it, get yourself the item back via console and remove the actual first item (in this case daddy longlegs)

That delirium no hit was so swag

If you do another video with a passive starting mod item or any passive start but don't wanna lose it for the showcase you can use the stars to delete it in whatever room you want (99.99% secret room) and give I back to your self and just remove the second item you had so you don't need to hold onto it and can just use it whenever with no worry's.
