Nico ive been watching your channel for a while now and loving what you do it cracks me up and your passion with watches shines through, what does worry me tough is your health please please address your weight gain bud those fizzy energy drinks are a really bad choice mate , im not saying live like a monk but everything in moderation buddy with a new addition on the way you need a wake call . Mrs Nico and the children want you around for a long time yet as we all do, the work hard play hard attitude is ok while your young but it will lead to health problems and if you haven't got good health then your lifes a complete misery. I am myself battling oral cancer diagnosed in April smoking , drinking and poor diet increases your chances of this and believe me you definitely don't want to go through what i have , carrying extra weight is a strain on your heart and look at your family health history ? only you can sort it out buddy.
