There are fast energy and slow energy. Carbs and sugars are fast energy. Fats are low energy. If you wanted to keep the Rolls in original paint but also paint it black you should consider peel able paint, like what Topaz or the crowd JWW was involved with.

The first week or two sucks just get going and then it gets easier to the point of if you don’t workout you will get depressed. Take a ton of vitamins especially vitamin D and BCAAs as well as protein and creatine. Start slow ex a week 45-60 min and work up use UT and IG for differing your routines. Get a W/O buddy. I do mine alone. We behind ya!
