Imagine that btw, "not in my lifetime", Tevez "welcome ti Manchester", Tevez holding a poster saying "RIP Fergie", a guy who had a statue outside Old Trafford, relegated that team..Law felt so bad that day he retired from football after the game...Crazy. 1960s Both teams were very good. 1970s City were better. 1980s Both teams were on the same level. 1990s Man United were miles better 2000s Man United were miles better 2010s Man City were better 2020s Man City were better. Man City and Man United have finished 1st and 2nd in: 1937 (City won the title on the last day) 1968 (City won the title on the last day) 2011 2012 (City won the title on the last day) 2013 2018 2021 To put it in context, Arsenal and Spurs have NEVER finished first and second in a league season in English football history.
