Personally dress to impress was the easiest for me, I found 2 in the lobby and 8 in the game, then all you have to do is complete a mostly easy obby to get all 5 tokens.

FUN FACT: In gunfight arena, if you need to get rocket launcher or bomb kills fast, you can look at the ground and explode yourself. It counts as a frag, you respawn, exit the safe zone explode yourself, then repeat.

You can do this with the rocket launcher and the bomb. Getting tags with the rest of the weapons was very easy because my team just spam camped with forcefields on the enemy's spawn and since they were literally clueless and some afk i did the entire quest in an hour (i'm pretty sure some of them are bots and someone else pointed that out 😐)

For the critism behind Tower Defense Simulator is just not even valid. Its supposed to be old material. Their supposed to be removed from the game because its removed content. For it to be added in the classic event is the whole point of the event...

It's supposed to be reminiscent. Those maps were from like 2019 and weren't made with the intention of being classic. They are also super unbalanced for people who don't play tower defenses. I consistently reach top 5K leaderboard on BTD races and bosses and even after looking at the unit info it still took me a few attempts on map 3 because of the janky units. It's scummy and even if I loved the game I wouldn't hesitate to criticize it.

Spam demomen, Snipers and Soldiers in Mission1 Spam Militants in mission 2 Spam Militants, Minigunner and get one max pyro in mission 3 Spam minigunners, get 3 max commander, get some pursuit for crowd control in Mission 4 Spam the guest scouts first, then get some accelerator lv3 then max all accelerator and spam maxxed engineer for mission 5

@@NexoNexus About 3 Legitimately try and use any other strategy than that besides subbing in a mortar or two for pyro. The leak is unreal and It's hard to space skips to deal with the splitters by... spamming more units. I'm not saying it's impossible I'm saying that it's weird that they made it this hard for no reason. All of the actual children will likely give up and not even want to play the game again after the event. You can't even play with friends/randoms, which made the bee swarm event a lot more fun and easier to beat.

Fact: gun fight arena actually uses bots, if you play for long enough you will notice that a lot of bacons spawn, and they all seem to go the same way as other bots, and when they kill you the username will be like: Fox3883 and then you check the Leader-board and there is not a player on the server that has that name. Edit: Its just a fact, I'm not saying that the game is bad in any way ,I'm just saying a fact.

TDS event actually used old maps on purpose to fit the classic theme. also the difficulty isn't hard at all and on most maps you can just spam 1 or 2 towers and win with ease so I don't know why you hated on the event

if you think about it tds using older maps is kinda clever because of what tds looked like back then it still gives a classic style in a way because they are just older

i adore the hub world, so many little details that go overlooked at first... but... the games itself and the main part of the event?? it's horrible. only a few of the games were actually worth while so far..

Toilet tower defense is stupid. Because the skibidi toilet thing was in like 2021-2023 and the classic event is meant to be about bringing back *OLD* roblox. (It also took me a long time to find out roblox existed before I was even born)

Dude the event was kinda cool at first looks. When I joined Bee Swarm they actually tried to encapture what games were like back then To give a little more context on why I liked it is because the BSS minigame was literally inspired by a 2016 Roblox game made by the Build a Boat developer, which was called "Revenge of the slimes". They really did try with the old text grammar that pops up and the way they handled the vibe was perfect.

I believe there is lore in the classic, I joined the hunt: first edition and it was glitching out and the center turned to the sword fight center for a split second.

TDS player here, The reason they reused old TDS maps is because TDS used to be based off of classic roblox.

I think Bee swarm is one of the only games that fits in the classic category. I know it’s not early Roblox classic but it is still quite “Classic”

Fun fact: TDS argument is not valid. Blade ball was hell, Adopt me was also hell, dusty trip was good, Dress to impress was surprisingly good. For Tds its called a strategy for a reason and them using old maps are valid since they are old inaccessible maps

Me personally, I liked TDS’s event, mostly because I already played TDS but I honestly enjoyed it They do give you premade loadouts so you don’t have to struggle if you’re new so all you really have to do is a bit of trial and error (3rd map: 4 cowboys, 4 mini gunners, 1 mortar and 1 pyromancer. Trust)

As a Roblox veteran, I have to say, that I agree with you. The classic hub was so nostalgic, I loved every bit of it, those small details make me giggle and smile. As in regards of the games, I might have a bit of a bias here, but TDs was not as bad it seems. Maybe it is just because of my veterancy in TDS, but it was not that hard, and the towers were provided spot on. Again, a bit of a bias. The biggest issue I have is that the Devs are again, lazy. They are known in the community for either outting out bangers, or just barely doing anything. For the classic event, they literally made 0 assets, and re used enemies from the last hunt event. I feel like the one that seems high up for me at the moment, is bee swarm. Although the style of the game itself is the embodiment of classic, the gamemode they created had that classy goofy feeling, and although it was mostly related to the game itself, think it was done well.

I think TDS readding refined versions of old maps was a nice touch IMO. I am not surprised that they made it as a focus due to the "classic" context. I also cleared the TDS event relatively fast, but I can genuinely see new players that are here for the event will genuinely struggle to it, especially on later missions. And I think making the event focus more for new players instead of veterans would be a better play IMO. I also do agree on the fact that they reused enemies from the last event all throughout in this event, and just change up the wave format. Not even a reskin atleast, which I still don't like, but I can let it slide. I also really don't like how they only let 1x1x1x1 just sit at a distance and send enemies. Not even making him as a final boss, and instead we got Fallen King (not even a reworked Gold Titan like cmon). TDS aside, my only true gripe to this classic event was the addition of TTD. It's pretty much here since it made a ton of money and that's it. And how TTD participate in it, like, they only added a map, an enemy, and a tower. That's it, not even a new gamemode. End of my rant.

i beat all the tds maps first try but they are heavily strategy based and will be nearly impossible for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience in that game because after mission 2 you need to know all the precise uses for the towers in your loadout along with which upgrades are the best etc just so you won't die

I am not new to Restaurant Tycoon 2, and it still took me 30 minutes to get 2 tokens. All you have to do is AFK! Like WHAT?

It’s literally just a repeat of the hunt. But classic themed. But not classic themed because 80% of the games are in this event aren’t even classic

Hey I just wanna say something. I feel like if the last event (hunt part 1) gave the developers only a few weeks, I feel like this event gave them only a few days or just a week. None of the events felt like full fledge out events, just events that couldn’t be finished. A great example is tds, the final boss is the fallen king, a default boss. There was no unique bosses they made, the only unique model they made was the 1x1x1x1 model when he talked. I bet that they were trying to make a 1x1x1x1 boss fight was an idea but they simply didn’t have enough time, just disappointing man.

I do think they fumbled with the game choices again. I think Roblox needs to be more watchful and strict with the games too. But beside that, the hub was very fun, and the items you get are very cool!

I think tds has done an overall good job on this event, I really don’t understand how you think it’s bad, it isn’t too grindy, it isn’t very repetitive, and it’s a decent challenge.

Blade Ball is literally Driving Empire but slightly better it's so time consuming you have to do like a 100 quests which takes forever

i absolutely adore what Onett did for the Bee Swarms event, it actually felt like im in classic roblox, the event is fun and balanced, the only problem i hear people talking about is the fact that if you play with randoms the event becomes harder because randoms don't do anything, but other than that, bee swarm is the best game in this event by far in my opinion

I already had a pretty decent restaurant in restaurant tycoon 2, but even then I just afk'd there for about 1-2 hours and had to come back every like 5-10 minutes to get cash off the tables so I could fit more classic customers. I feel like a lot of these games (not all) mostly just took the event for granted and wanted to squeeze as much player time in as possible. They should ask the players what games they would like to see in the event, rather than choosing ones who make the most money or whatever.

You are absolutely right, skill issue lol. The TDS event isn’t overly easy and that’s what’s great about it, it makes you actually strategize and try different things out, plus when you finally beat it the rewards are incredible.

for me personally the challenges in tds was very easy, lost first challenge because I forgot soldier existed, then I just first tried everything else. To be fair it also helps that I am level 240 tds player that has a feel of how strong every tower is in different situations, so I know what I need to place down.

the thing about gunfight arena is they count you killing yourself with the bomb or rpg as a kill for it, making it somewhat easier but its still a bs mission for tokens

TTD uses Crossroads as a map, and you get a free powerful unit for getting 4/5 of the tokens, which you then get to use said unit for the last Token which was a pretty fun way to make the unit not just a reward and actually part of the event.

Chase in my opinion, most the games I’ve also played are absolutely dreadful too. But I’ve seen a good game I have played that you haven’t mentioned, and that would be dusty trip. Worked out really well, Very into the classic theme, and just absolutely amazing, I hope you try it too, and Dress to impress (somehow) isnt that terrible, its just the obby is boring. Anyway amazing vid

Chase.. my buddy, TDS reused the old maps for nostalgia purposes. As someone who has been playing since the early days, bringing back those classic maps made it so much more enjoyable.

I beat the event and got all the rewards in 30 mins. Just use every tower you get (freezer included) and figure out why the developers added the tower to the load out.

TDS is a strategy game, not a freaking shooting game, and he underrated it just because of it, tds did a great job, he got huge skill issue bruh, can’t even use brain to play, I know it’s hard but it’s so freaking easy if he spend only some minutes to come up with a strategy, it’s not that hard, he just couldn’t use a single piece of brain, also playing multiplayer would ruin the event since it may not need strategy to finish the event (example: pw2 is one of the hardest gamemode but with the help of other random players, without strats they could event beat it) or if it does, the chance of matchmaking with stupid or troller players will be increased and it even takes more freaking time to beat all 5 missions, and about maps, what the heck? It’s a remastered version of the old ones, it’s not fully brought back and he said they brought it back? L, it’s just so nostalgic for tds players, so ye, skill issue for him

I could say my reactions for the Bee Swarm Simulator since I recently tried it since one of my hugely grinded for such a long time, and let me tell you something: The more that you have everything unlocked, the higher chance of clearing the waves of enemies, like you need to atleast have a decent high tier gear to duo or solo it till you have to reach wave 10, since each 2 waves is one OG token, yeah you heard me right, 2 to 6 aren't a breeze if you dont have a decent bee levels to help you nor players to lend a hand, getting to wave 10 with no to bad gear equipped is pretty minimal if you're lucky to have a decent geared player, a pro one, and a max player. Also they will offer to rent bees but the fact that you have to grind bricks to level up rented bees which is tedious, but overall being like the same similarity of "The Last Stand" game in roblox as how the game works is nice, its just really sad that theres no game system to help newbies who wanted to get the tix and the player og tokens.

This is my main problem with dev-events / dev-hunts. The quality tends to be pretty unmatched, ranging from amazing, to good, or to sub-parr at best.

yeah i agree so much. the lobby was AMAZING with the cool side quests and secrets! but the actual game events are so hard and tedious. you dont even have to complete half of them to get all the prizes, but i personally wanted to complete all of them, but theyre just not fun, they take ages, and most are NOT beginner friendly to people who have never played those games before! this event makes me miss the hunt. i had so much fun with that event...

im lvl 100+ in tds and the classic for it was bad. Way too difficult for a new player to complete, soloing wasn't fun when you could add multiplayer and still be able to solo, and there were NO new enemies or maps. They could've at least made a 1x1x1x1 enemy

5:45 That's the point of their entire event...It's literally said that 1x1x1x1 has been "transforming maps into their classic versions", so them reusing old maps is fitting and it brings back nostalgia for old players along with fitting well with the classic event. However I do agree that I was kind of hard, even as a high level player it took me a few tries to beat the 3rd mission. The other maps such as the first and second one were a bit difficult too. I also wished that they made at least 1 new enemy or boss for the event (such as having 1x1x1x1 be the final boss instead of fallen king), but I still found it fun and the skin that's rewarded for beating the event is probably one of the best in the game.

The obby after collecting the tix in dress to impress is just SO DAMN HARD like i wanted to rage quit but i stayed for the dress😭

Bruh this is like the hunt but fewer games, don't get me wrong the lobby is absolutely wonderful, but what's wrong is I was looking forward to this event and it sucks :\

About the TDS one It’s a classic Roblox event TDS is gonna do their classic maps Also the event is easy af Sure I’ve completed almost every gamemode in TDS but cmon it doesn’t take much brainpower Also yes it’s grindy but driving simulator is too and that’s a 7/10? Chase, no way you disrespected tds like that 😭😭😭 As a TDS veteran I assure you, these maps are not hard at all. Took me like an hour and a half to beat all the maps and get all the tix. May I just mention the Toilet Tower Defense grind is dreadful? I literally fell asleep while playing it. The towers do way too much damage, the enemies move too fast, they have too much hp, the maps are too big and more. PLUS, YOU HAVE TO SPEND SO LONG KILLING ALL THE ENEMIES! AT LEAST TDS BALANCES IT RIGHT. The only thing Toilet Tower Defense is good for is all the tix which you can get in like 5 minutes as it is all in the lobby. Gunfight Arena is wayy underestimated. It takes a while, but the game is fun. Most of the players on the opposing side will be bots, meaning you can easily farm them. Tix are easy to find. Apart from TDS, these are the easiest blue coins/player points to get. With the bomb and rocket launcher you can farm killing yourself as it counts. Also I think you said you're on stage 3 of the TDS one? Good luck bro, you'll need it. 🙏

Bro for restaurant Tycoon 2 I just went afk for like 20 minutes and went to sleep

a dusty trip is actually REALLY good. i played the classic edition before the event even started, and i thought that it would be boring or repetitive but it's awesome. it doesn't take too long to get to each token. each thing you have to do to get the tokens are actually fun, and the boss fight was cool too, although it was kind of easy.

this is so subjective because like TDS, you could just not be good at arsenal or not have a good device (mobile players) and that locks you behind half of the tixs or just be unable to even get tokens

As a tds player it’s pretty good but level 3 is making me actually annoyed at the devs

1st and 3rd lvl was a little annoying at the early waves but did it first try after have not played the game for a long time. The other lvls was a piece of cake.

As a tds player i'll admit, I do think they made the event way to hard for people who don't know as much of how the game works however. I actually don't think the map re using deserves hate because those are really old maps of the game and it's really nostalgic for some people. It's clear they did that for a more nostalgic intent rather then laziness. 1 Problem I did have with it was that the enemies didn't really seem new which was kind of sad but other then that I had a fun time with it.

The only good thing about this event is, you don't have to complete like over 90+ games to get the ugcs (the hunt for example)

not sure if this has been fixed already but in gunfight arena when i first got into it the bomb and rocket launcher's kill counted even if you hit youself with it, basically rekking youself with the bomb and rocket launcher would still count for the kill count lmao

In all seriousness, makes 100% of sense to me. For games like Rocket Arena and Crossroads they’re literally all made by Roblox. Unless you want David to get other developers to try to recreate his classic games that probably don’t know how to even start or build off a game they haven’t even touched ever. For games like Natural Disasters most of their developers are like grown adults who barely update their game. Not reasonable for Roblox to get them all awake and back at the same time

Dusty Trip which was Ironically made in 2024 had the best representation of nostalgia with there overall design and features included

Im experienced in tds and i can say they made that entire event way to difficult. 1,2, and 4 are super easy but 3 and 5 took me way too long to do. Dont even get me started on 3 i had to look up guide on how to beat it and 5 took a lot of trial and error. Tds did a really good job but made it way too difficult even for players who play the damn game

We missed good events and hoped for one to happen once again, but well, roblox f-ed it up again

I love Restaurant Tycoon 2, but they are terrible at events, to say the least. They do this "sErVe X aMoUnT of X CuStoMeRs" everytime. Even with my 2 story restaurant from 2022(maybe?) it took me 3 hours because classic customers just refused to show up. I am not kidding I had more VIP, Celebrities and Presidents in my restaurant.

Blade ball was really annoying to do, I’ve gotten nothing but fright heights and I couldn’t even get the first token in the game

in gunfight arena you can shoot under yourself with the rocket launcher and it will count as a tag, repeat 100 times and its done

honestly tds was easy as hell for me cuz i had like 2 years of experience on my main, i literally was shocked to find out that the hardest boss was a weakened fallen king while there were 3 of the strongest towers in the game.

First map:soldier army with a little demomen 2nd map:crook boss and military base floods the map with units 3rd map:lvl 2 cowboy spam plus minigunners 4th: helicopter helicopter 5th:engineer gaming

They launch an event about Roblox Classic but the games we have to play in it are the same ones we see every single day on the front page, where are the classic games for the event?

Dress to Impress was so bad, u cant respawn after u leave and join back when ur doing the obby, just like it happened to me

fun fact: you dont even need to do the taxi stuff, just race builderman in multi-play.(so you get 23 points not 13)

Yo isn’t that the point to bring back old maps tds? As an og it was an honor to play my old favorite maps. The only reason you might dislike the game is because you probably don’t have much experience and just randomly joined not to actually play the game but just to get the tokens. I personally really enjoyed the event because it was a good challenge and the zombies were unique. Just because you’re a noob and don’t know how to play the game doesn’t mean that the tds classic event is bad. 😮‍💨 I’m realizing that this is a really long comment so congrats to whoever reads this 😂.

I don't agree with the unique zombies, they just straight up using the boss and enemies that already exist in the game or previous events. grave digger, korblox death walker, fallen king. Like.. if the final boss was 1x1x1x1 it would be fire🔥🔥🔥

Man i’m a tds player but dude if you’re complaining at stage 1 uhm spam soldiers, demos and sniper. Stage 2, anything but sniper will work. Stage 3, is a bit hard i must admit but if you’re not skipping every wave possible and actually paying attention you will get it after a couple tries👍. Stage 4, soldier or wardens will work a pursuit, mini spam with commander will work for the late wave. Stage 5 is easy scouts, then engineer and mortar will do and just spam engi or accel and ranger and you’re done👍. If you still can’t do it well look it up. Use your brain sometimes yeah?

I'm also a tds player but they didn't even bother to put in new bosses they just re used the death walker. 1x1x1x1 isn't even a boss in the event

@@gilbert970 I guess the TDS didn't wanted to make a unike boss that will be in the game for 5 days or the simply didn't have egnough time so they just used existing enemies

@@piotrm5635 I think it was because of both since these guys are going to do big updates like, gamemode reworks, tower reworks, PVP mode and a new tower.

i think the event hub is well made, but i dont think the games suit it well. i feel like if roblox didnt want to put old and nostalgic games maybe because the new players wouldnt like them and they wanted to appeal to a larger audience is fine but they could have atleast made a compromise and maybe had 8 old and nostalgic games and 8 more recent games but i think that this event couldve easily been really fun if they put games like get crushed by a speeding wall natural disaster survival zombie rush assassin jailbreak (i dont really like the new update though) and more games that i dont have the time to remember to articulate it in a youtube video comment but i do really think that the classic couldve been one of the best events besides from the original egg hunt.. but to me the classic just feels like a reskinned the hunt.

The reason it's so bad is because most of the quests just involve looking for Tix and therefore having no creativity. Alongside that, the token quests are just doing something random that takes an excruciatingly large amount of time. What makes this worse is that almost all of the games barely even have a classic theme to it. The only classic part of Adopt me is that small little structure that the quest giver stands on. Livetopia just has the store. And that was just to name a few. Only a small bit of the games are actually classic. In my opinion, BSS (an already somewhat classic game)'s quest is fully classic. That's the only one that I've played that has a classic theme to it. I would also say TTD, but I can't see myself calling it classic if it has structures that relate to something that's only a year old. You can tell that almost all of the games have barely put any effort into the quests and that just completely ruins the event. They need to do better.
