His kind of eats - food enjoyment - is truly a good remedy for those who have lost appetite for food, by just coming on here and watching his videos! Love this guy, really!

Nếu Mcdonald, KFC, Loteria được gọi là đồ ăn nhanh thì bún, phở, hủ tíu, miến, xôi, bánh mỳ tại VN gọi là đồ ăn siêu nhanh. Chế biến siêu nhanh, đồ ăn ngon, lại phủ sóng khắp các hang cùng ngõ hẻm, nên các đồ ăn nhanh nước ngoài chỉ bổ sung thêm cho đa dạng ẩm thực tại VN, chứ ko bao giờ thay thế đc đồ ăn siêu nhanh bản địa.

Chỉ cần con người nước ta ý thức như người Nhật hoặc hơn người Nhật 1 bậc thì VN ko còn nạn ăn cắp, chém giá, xã rác,... Nữa. Lúc ấy VN là nơi đáng sống, đáng để du lịch trên bản đồ thế giới. Bởi nước ta phong cảnh rất đẹp từ biển đến núi các vùng Tây Bắc,... Và món ăn lại thuộc Top thế giới về độ ngon, phong phú.

You make great clips. I love watching them because they remind me of old memories. You should get a local friend to go with you, so he/she can explain to you the ingredients in the dishes and show you the proper ways to eat them. For example, we don’t mix the rice dish because that would make it soggy. We sprinkle the fish sauce over the rice and eat it with separate bites from other items in the dish.

You are very open minded. You respect foods and enjoy them. That's so beautiful when I think about people who waste food around. Love to see your videos. Thank you so much.

Bun bo Hue has a lot of lemon grass, chillies, lemon. That rectangular white piece is minced pork loaf, wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. The piece of thing with orange colour is called “cha cua” which is crab loaf (the one with pepper corns).

To be more precise, she says “my face is beautiful like this, why aren’t you filming it instead you keep filming the bowl”. What makes it more funnier is the endearing terms she chooses to address you both by. Instead of the formal and polite titles of chi (her) and em (you), she uses tao (me) and may (you) which is generally reserved for close friends or family lol

It was a bit sad to see what i can only assume covid lockdown did to da nang. weeds were growing between the intricate brickwork of the sidewalks east of the dragon bridge. The place was nice as hell though it was just sad to see. the pho bo shop near dolphin hotel and apartments is amazing.

It’s such a huge sin to eat Vietnamese food without the garnishes and sauces. It might be optional for some of the more western dishes, but I was so happy to see you load up your bun bo hue bowl with the veggies and sauce (I use mam tom instead of fish sauce for the extra saltiness in bun bo hue - but you do you!). Looking forward to the next video regardless of where you are!

i’m Vietnamese & i used to live in Mississippi. when Max talks, his country accent comes out sometimes & i think it’s so cute because it’s like viet + English (country accent). both i’m very familiar with!!

Nam Lê Thấy cũng không đến nỗi mắc mà. Thị heo nay cũng mắc mà dĩa này miếng sườn cũng to còn có chả bì trứng. Chắc giá đó giá bình thường của quán đó chứ nếu mà chém sao không lấy 80k luôn cho chẵn 😂.

You really know how to eat like a Vietnamese. Bun thit nuong Chi Tuyen, Bun bo hue Chu Ha and Com tam Ba Ghien are all my favorite places!! Love your vlog 🔥

Mcdonalds and Burger King can't attract eaters/vietnamese people because they don' adjust their menu to suit Vietnamese's people taste bud. KFC adds rice and soup to their menu, and kids and adults love it. Same for Jollybee. Thats why KFC n Jollybee can survive in Vietnam for so long.

Really? I don't think so, me and my friends and even my parents never had soup or rice when we ate out at KFC, jolleybee or lotte. The only reason Mc Donald can't succeed in Vietnam is that their food tastes worst yet pricier than that of all the fast food brands above.

from what i remeber when i was young, KFC has rice and gravy and a piece of chicken with a bowl of broth or soup. Not really sure about Jollybee. But yes, I gotta agree with you about the pricing of Mcdonalds and Burger King. Not suitable with the Vietnamese people budget

I mean although they have rice and soup in their menu, Vietnamese rarely order them because whenever Vietnamese go to a fast food restaurant the first thing pops up in their mind is Fried chicken and that will be what 80% of Vietnamese order. So I think It's not true when you say rice and soup are the saviours of KFC or Jolleybee. ( you are still living here or have moved to another country for a long time? )

I've moved to the States since 2012. I didn't say rice and soup is KFC n Jollybee's saviours. I mean the way they adjust their menu to suit with vietnamese taste bud is their saviors.

No way McDonald can compare to fresh delicious meals n sandwiches, plus their ice coffee with condense milk 😋😍

To enjoy Vietnamese food at its best, always add condiments that come with the dish. Chefs always leave room for condiments such lemon/ lime (chanh), fish sauce (nước mắm), shrimp paste (mắm tôm/ mắm nêm), oil-chilli sauce (sa tế), etc.

Haha so great seeing travellers comming to Vietnam and how enjoying you guys look . LOVE IT !!!!
