🙋‍♀Hi Kaz! My family is from Negeri Sembilan! A lot of wonderful food there. You can visit Aunty Aini's Garden Cafe in Nilai where Gordon Ramsay visited and got scolded instead and Anthony Bourdain visited twice 😂 (videos on KZread). A bit more expensive but a good experience. You can also visit Restoran Nelayan in Seremban which serves a lot of traditional food including masak lemak cili api landak (porcupine). Please be warned, the price can be quite high for Malaysian standards. But of course, the best food is the roadside food and plain looking shops which are hidden gems. A lot of yummy roadside food along the road to Kuala Pilah.

Hi kaz, welcome to my hometown. The best char koey teow is the one next the King Char Koey teow (KCT) The name of the place is " kedai pak salleh" humble place, very cheap and the best. But it only open morning until 3-4 pm. we PD ppl seldom having KCT 😁... Sorry.. If you want a hv good chicken chop go to Redd Place situated at 12th miles (kg. Bukit Pelandok) you can eat by view at the beach.

Lol.... KAZ quite hilarious this time but that make his content outstanding among Japanese - Malaysia base KZreadrs. KAZ deserve more subscribers if we compared with his hardworking, creativity and willingness to travel and explore various places. We must not take granted of his efforts. Wish more and more new subscribers for KAZ. Ganbatte KAZ!!

I find the Japanese are among the most enthusiastic and boldest tourists/travellers in Malaysia. Some Japanese vloggers are shy people but they still produce from the heart. Well Kaz is something else. He explores at random and always takes chances. Kudos to all of them.

Just a tip for travelling in these smaller towns is to ask for the taxi's phone number if you find one. Most of the time you can call them to pick you up if they are in the area.

If you come to negeri sembilan , you should try there is pastry shop that cook using traditional oven and fire wood , the shop name ' makwe kuih bakar '

From Pedas to Linggi, all the way there are many stalls selling masak lomak cili api. In Linggi there is a stall that is famous for ikan baung masak lomak. 3 km from Linggi is Pengkalan Kempas. There use to be boats that can take you along the Linggi river to see crocodiles like the one we saw on the Linggi town bridge during the floods. Between Plus flyover and Linggi there is a farm that grows bamboo like the one in Kyoto.

Ikan sungai is the best fish ever naturally sweet. Ikan baung is quite elusive in some places, usually cook with durian, Masak Lemak Tempoyak Ikan Baung................... Perghhhhhhhhh
