I don’t know anything about Vietnam I came to Vietnam for a holiday love it . Got myself a house in the country side . Cost of my living is 300 aus dollar a month . Very cheap❤
i hope more young Vietnamese boat people comeback and live a fancy live in Vietnam, amazing.
$600 for a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT? 😂😂😂 I was in HCMC D1 last September and rented a large one bedroom apartment for 4,800,000 Vietnamese đồng a month ($200 US). It was a 10 minutes drive to Bùi Viện. A 5 minutes drive to District 2. For $600, I could have rented a TWO BEDROOM HOUSE! If you speak Vietnamese, it is easy to find cheap beautiful place to rent! I bought a Honda Wave 110cc for $300 US. I kept it there in a long term garage storage.
Nice, from HCMC. 😎
All these guys you are interviewing. Do these guys have jobs in VN?
Great Price for the Millennium. When I was looking most 2 bedrooms there were $1,100 plus a month in that building The only thing I didn’t like about the building was the elevators didn’t have air conditioning and if you lived on one of the higher floors, it turned into a Suana in those elevators
When it gets fired, you are trapped.
Dishwashers for Vietnamese people are just expensive place to dry the dishes after you hand wash 😂 I know bc I’m Vietnamese
Place is great in Santa Monica that place would be 15X the price and if it has beach front view then 20X
came from your other channel. like the vids on here a lot
this is good content bro, keep up the good stuff!
WOW, $600/month for that furnished luxury apartment in Vietnam! An empty garage studio can cost you at least $1.000 in Westminster, Cali.
Thanks for the vid. Your vids remind me of Kyle Le's (but he's returned to the US).
Thank you for your time and posting. Really nice apt. Checking out VN in October to see if I want to retire there. Just myself and have allocated about US$800 for rent in total. Just not sure where yet. Thank you again.
I have been in the same building. It is actually very good place to live and it is so near Bui Vien and it is next to a very local neighborhood. It is a nice place to live.
This was one awesome video .
Great deal bro! We doing similar in the Philippines! Live it up! 🤙
Chris's landlord homie knows what's up!
Home/Condo prices are dropping like crazy. You guy should pick one up.
