As a viewer, definitely want to see the whole property down to the plant and Utility rooms. Doesn’t necessarily need to be a walk through tour , B rolls can suffice if done thoughtfully.

The black and white throughout is spot on, it's crisp and clean. The layout of the mansion is very balanced, the indoor outdoor pools, the master suite opulent. Another fantastic home tour. You guys play very well together. I must say though, it is better when Eric has already been familiar with the home verses seeing it for the first time. Better flow of commentary and conversation

Love the texture of the main door and the impact this futuristic table with circular support has. The view to the backyard seems to be neverending. Completely hides the presence of different properties and even the landscape too. And so many details in there - that waterfall wall here, quadruple divided artwork there , a lot of thought want into it, it's not just some random things thrown together.

Marbella has some of the best mansions I ever seen. And the craziest thing about it is you get a lot of house for a good price. A house like this would easily go for 50,60,70 million dollars, or more in America. I can’t believe a house like this is only 14 million dollars!!

Love the raw walkthroughs and love this villa!

Its exterior is like spanish villa but interior is perfect contemporary mansion. Furniture is fantastic. Most unfortunate thing is the house doesn't get ocean view. Even it's located Marbella. It makes price of this property to under $15Mil. Overall, Amazing house! Good job Erik!

Ooooh damn this home got me speechless! 😦 the motorcourt is stunning, love the garage. The gym is incredible and I love the overall house design. The colors are gorgeous! Although this home is on a hilltop they made it look as though it's on a flat space & I love the clean lines with those wonderful views love the bedrooms very spacious yes you should put your dog in a video that's family nice video Erik

Livable luxury. There was so much to see that the video could have lasted longer...even at 25+ minutes it seemed to flow very quickly. I enjoy seeing everything (including Theo if he's allowed on the tours). What wealth provides is space and that's what I liked the most about this home. Great video as always. I always prefer to see the entire property rather than showing B-role of rooms as we get too see your reactions to each space and you within the space for proportions.

Mostly materials used I suppose, and the south-european style roof gives really different vibes...

I want to see ALL the bedrooms!!!!!! And bathrooms and water closets! Like I would have loved to see the water closet attached to the office space in this one.
