#incomingnerd #themoreyouknow The reason the plastic staws are bad for the environment (not global warming) is because they're shape means they can pass through garbage/rubbish filters in drainage. A plastic cup is too big so is easily caught by the garbage filter. Hence plastic straws have a strong likelihood of ending up on the ocean if the straw gets littered.

Okay so for anyone who is confused about if the straw is real, IT IS. I bought one when the video came out because I had no other choice Jack is holding me hostage. It was limited edition so that's why you can't get find it anymore but you can get basically the same thing on Amazon so if you want one look there the only difference is that it doesn't come with the box in the video that has the specs on it and the "charging case" won't say "Straw" on it. Anyway, it's the best youtuber merch I've ever purchased and also the only youtuber merch I've ever purchased

I clicked on a link that said "Net Zero Reusable Collapsible Straw" and it let me to the ones that don't collapse. Maybe they used to? There's also loads of other sites with Co now that I'm looking at it. Final Straw has a lot more designs even though it's more expensive. Doing some further research, they started the collapsible straw, not the other guys. And there are multiple brands. I was wrong in saying his innovating, so I'll retract that statement.
