Books In Review 100% facts. I have high functioning autism and Dyslexia. I failed most of school my younger years. I had poor hand eye coordination, bad social skills and academic delays. I was lied to and told that I was limited. I am in community college were I have strait A's and 3 years ago I received a standing ovation at Carnegie Hall. The moment I realized that my disability wasn't what was keeping me down, I was able to make changes.

​@@Hilary945 Like you Hilary I have Dyslexia and was told for the better half of my school career that I was at a disadvantage in comparison to my classmates and would have to struggle to even try to keep up with them and for a while I went along with it always feeling lesser like somehow this thing I had defined me and in doing that it always brought me down. My mom always advocated for me in the PTA meeting telling them how badly I felt and how badly I wanted to grow passed this title I held for myself as a disadvantaged dyslexic kid but the school and staff never did anything for me till one day after I turned 18 going into my last year of highschool I sat in on what was to be my last PTA meeting but this time I was there to represent myself and finally be able to speak for myself and that was the last day of my special ed program. I graduated in 2011 with over a 3.0 and held A's and B's going into college. I now own a successful restaurant in the city of richmond VA that even with this Covid-19 thing going on still will come though to see the light on the other side. I shared part of my life story because Hilary inspired me to and for that I thank you. Never stop trying people!

I was a pro boxer, won a title as a novice, 10th in Britain got injured, shoulder. I didn’t see more to life than boxing. What else can I do? I’m not clever but there is people much worse! I can be happy and poor happiness into others that’s my mission. plus I worked on my legs now which are a lot stronger. God bless this man a great inspiration

"why me" my life has always been full of "why me until" i fight to accept myself the way i am. Physical disability is the most emotional killer ever. Even When no one sees or looks at you, you look at yourself..

If a guy like him has that much of determination,courageous,positiveness,confidence,enthusiasm then where would people who have anxiety and depression go? He is a perfect example for every people out there that dont give a sh*t bout what people think of you !❤start living life and enjoy to the fullest!

I agree with that , i was born with a weak body and easily get sick .One of my best friend is always doctor. However i want to live and i beieve there must be someone who are worse than me . However , they choose to live and figure a way to make it through so i think i will make it too

Sometimes you have something that restricts you in someone else's eye but, let them die in their imagination. You are wonderful by your heart and you don't need to see their comments but look at your internal uniqueness.
