During the 60's Yorkville was an affordable arts paradise.

Yes, very true. I passed York Square yesterday and noticed that they've started the demolition (on the Avenue Road side). I could see in to the courtyard.
Very informative! Surprised with the amount of insight for such a quick vid - you did a great job of breaking down yorkville in this!
The peace of this neighbourhood is the best selling point!!
I accidentally came across your channel when I was searching for something else in mind - and I absolutely love it!
Yorkville has had two sides to it with regard to history, one an arts and coffee house scene, and a violent one as well in the late 60's, makes the area so fascinating
This is my playground every weekend, summer or winter. Love it!
Thanks for sharing 🥰
Thank you for this tour. I like Toronto very much. I want to live there in the future. And your videos help me to better explore this city.

Thank you!
lol ur watching living in yorkville right now
Never understood why people go to expensive Italian restaurants. It's the easiest food to make. Pay $200 for pasta? Go to ethnic restaurants that have dishes that are novel and time consuming to prepare

Demi's is delicious and not expensive.
There is alot for lease signs
What's the actual pronunciation of "Toronto"? As you pronounced it in the introduction or as you casually said it later in the description?
Nice beo
Toronto...where even those who live in Rexdale act like they live in Yorkville.
Hmm... for millions of dollars I expected something better. I’d happily go there sightseeing though.
If you buy that building listed for 13.5 million, who are you owing maintenance fee?
@NavidRashid

Most expensive is Bridle Path area in Toronto.!
$13.5 million?! Pretty sure I could buy PEI in its entirety for less 🧐
Correction..you should these are not cobble stones. And when you says Hermes.."H" is silent. When you drink ..watch how you hold tour " pinky".

That parking receipt 🙈🙈🙈
Why is your mob vedio
And around the corner a lot of junkies and homeless people.
*neighbourhood 🇨🇦🤓

Bridle Path is a much better deal per square foot. Plus no overpriced condo fees.
Lies. Bridle Path is the most expensive real estate area in Toronto.
Yorkville is overrated in my opinion. It is a very small chunk of “luxury” in Toronto, and it is nestled in a very noisy downtown, lots of homeless people by Bloor and Yonge, Church Street. It is overpriced and underdelivered. I am shocked at the prices. The hyped up pasta at Nervosa was disappointing😔. You can get so much more for the $$$ in Switzerland, south of France, Dubai...

Agreed, though I was thinking, better value and overall quality, culture, even people, in parts of England, also Norway and Denmark.

Dubai is an oven in an Islamic state, France is full of rude people and feels dreary.. Switzerland? No thanks.
Or your ig address
No it isnt. I wouldnt live there even if you paid me a million dollars.
Expensive? Maybe. Luxury? Hell no! Awful.
Very trashy
