"This Is the Most Expensive Meat Experiment We've Ever Done" - Prime Time

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Traditional porchetta is made with the entire loin and belly section of a pig, a crowd-pleasing roast recipe our Prime Time hosts Ben Turley and Brent Young have prepared countless times. At their New York butcher shop the Meat Hook, the duo is attempting something that seemingly no one has done before: a beef porchetta.
Eater is the one-stop-shop for food and restaurant obsessives across the country. With features, explainers, animations, recipes, and more - it’s the most indulgent food content around. So get hungry.

While procrastianting on work today (July) I was thinking Prime Rib or Porchetta for Christmas holidays...then I thought "Can you do a beef Porchetta? A Beefchetta? No. You couldnt! To the computer!" Sure enough you magnificent buggers got it done months ago! AMAZING!

Henric von Winklebottom manzetta sounds really good 😉, I was thinking about that word as well. PS _bue_ is actually a castrated bull, while cow is translated into _mucca_ or _vacca_ .

My ex mother in-law use to order a filet mignon well done, which they would have to butterfly, every time we went to an expensive restaurant. I tried telling her for years that it was a waste. I payed 90 percent of the time. I told her that she should just order a burger well done and save me $50 every time!!!
