Men’s and women’s Chypre sandals are not the same. The H is very different and the strap is longer on the men’s version.

The “H” in the men’s Chypre sandal is bigger, the women’s and men’s version are definitely not the same. I tried both on in the store and the men’s chypre felt more narrow than the women’s version, but that just might be my foot. I went with the women version as they look daintier on the foot.
