Ingredients for this delicious and soft easy breakfast pizza rolls recipe
for the dough
1 egg (Reserve the yolk for the top)
200 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
1 pack ( 7 g )of dry yeast
80 ml of oil
650-800 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality. Add flour in control)
1 teaspoon salt
for the sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Half a tablespoon of paprika paste
1 teaspoon of dry mint
Half a teaspoon of thyme
A pinch of basil
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
80 ml of water
2 green peppers
1-2 capia peppers
2-3 green onions
2 tomatoes
sweet corn
Sausage, sucuk or anyting you like
Salt
Grated cheddar cheese
