May 1 2023: The salt undergrround is lovely like the ones I have been in Germany. One such had a huge slide underground. You wore thes black trousers and jackets with a white hat like the miners did long ago. That village is beautiful with all the colorful artwork. It is art whether on a building or alone. Oh so clean too. Like you stepped in the 1970”s. Isabele can entertain herself any where and so love it. Kudo’s how you both continue to but out incredible video’s or travels for us. Cheers.

Hi, the salt mine was amazing well worth the visit. And Zalipie was overwhelmingly twee and tidy !! and yes lots of farmers zipping about Zalipie in tractors. I'm glad you took a longer tour of Poland, I thought you will just zip across it on the way home. There are pretty nice places. Maybe you will make it to the Tatra mountains.

Unfortunately I don’t think we will have time to make it that far west in Slovakia as our Schengen visa is fast coming to an end. We will have to return one day, we have been loving Slovakia. Thanks for the nice comment

6:14 I almost expected the Witcher to step out of the cottage.

It's been years since we visited that salt mine and we thought it was incredible. That underground church is mind-blowing. Oh, and thanks for the heads up on Iz's farts Tom. Such a gentleman! 😅

Near Krakow there is a nice amusement park "Energylandia", a better version of Disneyland, an epic landscape and in the middle the largest rollercoaster park in Europe, all at a reasonable Polish price.

Your vlogs make me sad for being 68 years old. :) However, I am not dead yet and will travel when I can afford it. I love your energy and the beautiful scenery you present, keep them coming.

I think we are actually going to miss auschwitz this time. I do really want to go and experience it. Isabel has been before and we felt a little weird about vlogging there, we will come back one day though as I feel it is an important place to experience

For some places Auschwitz being one, they are best experienced just for yourself no camera no vloging, just you, your thoughts, your feelings and the moment.

We couldn’t agree more, it’s partly for this reason we have decided not to go to Auschwitz this time. Isabel has been before and we are quite rushed with our visa. We will be back though, it is something I feel I need to experience.

@@LostInTransit it’s not the only case you should take some time off for yourselves. If there isn’t a special “time off” moment make sure you both have a break of 1-2 hrs every day where the time is just for the two of you no planning, no vlogging no filming. Just time together enjoying the journey and making memories. I remember an advert for a video camera with a mum filming her two children running up to their dad, back from war, on a railway station and all I could think was mum the children and their dad were missing out on mum being in that one off moment because she was 10m away behind a camera. Don’t miss out on life by being behind the camera too often.

Question if I may. What kind of visa do you use to travel through the whole EU, particularly with Schengen and the 90 day limit?

We only have the 90 day visa, it will run out any day now. Our plan is to avoid the Schengen in the balkans while our visa limit refreshes

Isabel uses betterHELP. It’s an online therapy. I think most people could do with therapy, mental health is like normal health, you don’t need to wait till it’s bad to train it. It’s just like a gym for the brain, keeps you happy and healthy with regular sessions.

In Israel ,your freedom of speech is restricted. My device has been compromised and my comments are being segregated/erased/edited.
