Yeah, they often do when their big sponsor deals are over, especially the Brazilians (Kaka and Roberto Carlos). Rafinha even wanted to use them while under a contract with Adidas :D

If I recall, Kaka wore a pair of blackout Morelias when he moved to Orlando, and when Rafinha was wearing blackouts when he thought his Adidas contract was up, he was also wearing Mizunos. Not as sure about the second one, but Kaka def did.

The problem i have with mizuno is that they are hardly ever on sale for like 40% off. Im a cheapskate and always buy nike and adidas cause the sales are great and u csn often find then for 60% off

These are definitely more padded in comparison to the Copa 19+, and also have a much more secure, locked in feel as well. Leather quality is great on the Copa, but the leather on these is just amazing! Both are excellent boots.

Reading joshs comment is surprising to me. I have the 19 and they feel thick which is something I like. These look thin. But if they feel more padded, I’d def like to check a pair out.

Leather vs synthetic, which do you prefer? If you have the money, Rebula 3 is the better shoe in my opinion and it will last probably longer.

@@add-pn4rd Hah, that's just an outright lie. Many thin synthetics are less durable than leather and can even tear (NikeSkin, tejin). And you should know that in football boots, it often is sole separation that is the issue (like with many modern Nike shoes). If you were to buy Vapor and Morelia Neo II and play identical amount of time in them, probably the latter would be in better shape. You just need to test MiJ Mizuno, I can see that you haven't.

Mizuno make the best quality equipment in every sport that they do, whether it's football, golf, running etc they are always at the top. However, their business model doesn't allow them to pay top money for athlete endorsement, but just look at the sportspeople who have freedom to choose what they use (especially in golf) and they go for Mizuno.

UBI- FIX I recommenced the Vapor 11. I have worn them for a year and a half now; pretty impressive durability. However, if you are looking for a knitted sock-like feel, maybe wait for the Vapor 13 to go on a big sale.

MIJ Mizuno boots have an excellent reputation when it comes to durability. I don't like predicting durability in general, but MIJ Mizuno's are built to last.

It's really hard to compare Copa Mundials to any modern football boots. Copa just feel entirely different. There's no indoor version of these.

I think these are a huge improvement over the 2.

I mean its £260 vs £190 thats a big difference. And Nikes drop like £50 when they release a new colour in like a month haha

Yes and no. I wouldn't say that there's a lot of Mercurial influence in these, but in terms of being a lightweight, high-quality leather boot, I suppose they're somewhat similar.

Design plays an important factor. I think they could do more functional boots, but they would look ugly. Obviously Mizuno makes good shoes, but the design is just horrible. it`s the player not the boot. talented and good players would perform the same even with take down models.

Now that's a good question. Both are excellent options. If you prefer the Vapor over Legend then I would take Neo II since it's a bit thinner and you probably don't mind the artificial leather on the midfoot (especially inside). You also can find it for a bit cheaper (less expensive) than Rebula 3. If you like Tiempo-series then Rebula might be the one for you. And this is not some universal truth, I think Jacques prefers the Rebula for example.
