I think these rituals are a pretty personal thing, but it will work if you set the intention! I invited Archangel Micheal to help me, and then I, pulled the cord right out of me instead of cutting it. If the entire cord is gone it can’t grow back!! It was pretty deep and it took a while to pull the whole thing out. Then, I kind of sent it back to him Iike a slingshot! It was powerful and inspiring.

I will never chase or beg anyone to stay in my life and love themselves in order for them to love me properly EVER AGAIN
