I was lucky enough to get my hands on a dettlings single barrel. And it is exceptional. The man is an artist. These little guys are very hit and miss. But the ones that know what they are doing are incredible. And just as good as the allocated bottles.

We need more small guys who know whiskey. I’ve been looking for a craft distiller in my area that can make a half way decent bottle……….unfortunately I don’t think we have anything worth drinking

We don't even have events like this in Louisville Kentucky, but then again, just living and being here and being into bourbon and all the distilleries and stores we have around is like one giant never ending event I guess.

Seth Dettling has got to be one of the most down to earth fellas I've seen on this channel. Hats off to Brewzle for showcasing these people. I'm in Indiana, and whenever Dettling finally reaches the state lines, I'll be buying a bottle or two solely based off the show you did at his distillery.

I cannot wait to stop at Spillway on my way to Panama City this summer. Coming from Dallas, TX. What a great store and event, and I can't wait to meet the guys and see the place. Hope to make it to the next one in April if 25!!

On the infinity barrel, you might add an extra 2-3 bottles to it to make sure you don’t have to worry that everyone gets their bottles filled. Then if you end up with 1-2 bottles extra at the end people in the crowd could get samples. Or you could raffle them off to club members.

It’s not really that rare anymore.

I was going to attend but when they published the list of bottle I realized I would be better off attending a raffle closer to home (Spillway would be a 7 hour drive). Ended up getting a JD12 by staying home so I'll take that win - Outside of Pappy/BTAC it's the bottle I've searched for most since 2023. Spillway event looked great but I don't love massive crowds. 150 people... cool. 1000... no thanks.

Small family distillery. SOUTH KOREAN DISTRIBUTOR. And I can't find it here outside Dallas. 😶 We are not amused. It's all your fault. You said it's good and now I want some.
