The only fast money round I’ve ever seen that was better than the one where the person who went first managed to earn the entire amount of points needed to win the game all by themselves, I was honestly in shock when that happened.1

Don’t quote me on this, but I might know the reason why. They already have a selected amount of answers, and whatever you say, they’ll put it up there, try to match it with what they have, and if they don’t, it’s a zero. Every answer out of the five has a different set of numbers equaled to 100, but since we only know two at a time, it’s limited. I think if the families they get have their total equal between 195-199, for publicity, they’ll round off the last couple answers by a few points. If it’s less than 195, they keep it as is, because if a lot of the people who barely made 200 at the end actually didn’t, you’d see a lot of upset from the show

I do agree it is always one of the most positive shows on TV. It and The Price is Right are my favorite shows to watch every day. Never anything divisive or political, just good family fun.

Her eyes lit up and she had an expression of disbelief when the last answer added the winning points. A great Fast Money episode.

He was on time when little girls are raped and left wombless. he was on time when barren woman pray for babies until they are kicked out of their marital homes, he was on thime when the cops shot the little black boy by mistake. Steve needs to set up that last answer when there’s a chance (not a certainty) of getting 200 points. If the last answer is the #1 answer, he should say so before the point reveal. I think it builds up the tension better that way

Even though it's in addition to what they are already receiving, yeah it's low. But it has allowed the game to stay on the air for as long as it has, so there's that. Doesn't seem like the producers mind paying those low sums.

I alway thought, at least a 3rd or more, to taxes, and the rest, ($14,000 or less) divided between 5 people? When they win the car, who gets to PAY the taxes and how does 5 people share a car? Good show though, fun to watch. Steve Harvey is the best host.
