It’s too bad it went in the opposite direction for Ray Combs. To me, he’ll always be my #1 favorite host of Family Feud. I guess it’s because I grew up watching him when he was in his prime. RIP Ray Combs!

Man, I was actually in the Audience. The momentum and emotion on that set was totally undescribable. It is an experience I will never forget. What it doesn't show is that the entire audience were in tears even Steve Harvey & some of their crew. These ladies come from very humble beginnings. Kristys story of overcoming homelessness w/ her children from living in a truck to a shelter to working 3 jobs to get back on her feet after a car accident Is what touched America's heart especially in the times we are living now. This was REFRESHING & A TRUE STORY OF REDEMPTION. She inspired so many people that night. I truly hope there is more to come from these ladies!!

And I'm just gonna copy and paste it here: They were homeless not to long ago because the mother, Kristin, was in a very rough car wreck that lead her in a vegetive state and they were sent to a shelter so she can rehabilitate and win... She ended up getting better before this... But they were still in desperate need of cash to pay bills and be in the clear. The Johnsons then ended up getting on via a technical error, they apparently got the wrong family, but let them play anyway. They would then win every game they were on in hopes to get the $20,000 to be in the clear and safe for awhile... And this was the final chance they had... They won it against all odds and never gave up.

Steve got choked up when he never finished saying "15 points from $20,.......", man chocked up and was in his emotions and tears.

Knowing how wonderful Steve Harvey is, he probably wrote them out a check too. Guaranteed. God bless that family.

Wow I didn't know the backstory at first but the emotions in the audience was so palpable. After every answer the loud cheer from the audience was amazing. I loved the way the audience was cheering them on.

The mom and those girls (her kids) were homeless for a while and living in a truck… Then a shelter for a while and then the mom worked like 3 jobs to get back on her feet. It’s a story I tell ya.

At one point they were homeless. They came on 4 days in a row and just barely missed the 200 each time so they only had a 1000 dollars or so. You can only be on 5 times in a row. This was the 5th day and they won it.

The moments where Steve and some of the other people in the studio felt like they were gonna cry... Well, I felt the same way. I especially held back tears at the "Room where you light a candle" question. So magical...

Wow, the rush of that was intense... I was on the edge wanting this family to win. That got me emotional 😢 so happy they won 🏆 🤗 You could feel the audience pulling for them too! 😍

I didn't know their backstory until i read it on here but I could tell from Steve's emotions that he was rooting for this family ooooh how I felt it and saw it through his eyes! I'm so glad they won, it was nerve wrecking to see the points build up for them, now knowing their backstory I know God was a major factor in their WIN HE looked out for them♥️

I just love this family so much and I am so happy for them that they won the money and I am so proud of them.

The girl is clearly emotional and is so worried about the outcome, but look at Steve Harvey. I’ve never seen him so serious during fast money. Even at the beginning of Kaitlin’s turn he had that look saying, “it’s game time”. When he repeated, “knock it out”, you can tell he wasn’t confident in that answer. But when it gave them 26 points, he was almost shocked. Congrats for the win, that was probably the most intense ones I’ve ever seen.

I was wondering why would I cry from fast money and why was it so serious but I realized they lost all four fast money games they played. It was relief from not walking away empty handed.

That could not have been any more suspenseful for everyone right there, INCLUDING Steve Harvey. This round was Johnson’s final chance to score the jackpot, and I’m sure Kaitlyn had run the “second” round of Fast Money several times already, so the pressure and heartbreak was already ridiculously high. Steve knew every answer Kaitlyn gave WASN’T number 1, so he had to silently pray FIVE times that those answers were number 2.

I love my Black Women this was intense and so funn !!!
