Best license plate ever. Well done!
I'm pretty much dead set on this as my next daily driver. I've driven big trucks before and never really had an issue, same with low MPG's since my commute is pretty short. What is so great about this truck is you get luxury, performance, and practicality all rolled into one vehicle. I especially like the dark gray on your truck... Thanks for the video!

Thanks brother much appreciated
I also had a Gen 2 Raptor prior to getting my TRX. Best part to me is how well it handles and how smooth the transmission is. My Raptor was nice but the steering was not stable at all and I would have to purposely keep it in the lane as opposed to relaxing and driving it. Secondly, that 10 speed transmission would constantly hunt for gears, creating extremely harsh shifts from its 3rd - 5th gears and vice versa. I drive my TRX in Snow Mode 90% of the time and average about 15 mpgs. Plus I don’t have to drive a lot and that also softens the blow at the gas tank. However, when there is a need for speed. It’s there and it’s immediate. I love my TRX and IMO all other trucks pale in comparison.

I never had any handling problems with my gen 2. I did have the cam phaser issue which was fixed under warranty. But that suspension was like driving on a cloud. I loved it. But I do agree with you about the 10-speed. Maybe if it was a higher displacement engine, it wouldn’t hunt for gears as much. The trx being supercharged means instant power. It definitely feels to me more like a raw, muscle car. I had very few complaints about my TRX. But without giving too much away, I have a couple videos coming out soon about what happened after my TRX. So maybe it’ll give you some perspective? Maybe not lol
I believe that there is a warranty fix for the driveline clunk. It requires removal of the driveshaft, putting a special grease on the splines and reassembly. There is an aftermarket (Ripa-tuned) driveshaft that solves this problem by being slightly longer. I have not experienced this problem on my TRX.

I’ve heard of a similar fix. However, my dodge dealer keeps insisting that there is “nothing” official. It is apparently a driving characteristic or so they claim. So I’m honestly not ever sure what’s going on. I appreciate your feedback though. Hopefully you don’t encounter this issue in the future.

My dealer said they have replaced and lubed driveshafts to no avail. Clunk is so slight I don't worry about it

@@enthusiastdriven I'm not sure about the fix, but I know for a fact that a Technical Service Bulletin went out to dealers last year regarding this issue. So either your dealer has short term memory loss or they don't feel like taking care of the issue for you

@@Mr-Bogs I think it’s probably a combination of the two. However, I’ve actually recently got rid of the truck so not my problem anymore. New car video coming soon 😂

@@enthusiastdriven Was there anything in particular about the truck that pushed you to sell it? Or was it just time for you to get in something new?
Ah, yes.... an offroad truck with offroad suspension that gets 7mpg and tows less than some SUVs. The best daily driver truck. lmao
I too have a GC '21 TRX. I love it. Best driver I've ever owned. Buddy has a '18 E-class Benz and my TRX rides smoother and is actually more quiet at cruise in the interior. You have to drive one to believe. Only problem I've had is I blew a HC dash tweeter. PS...please get rid of that steering wheel cover lol

Lol I got the steering wheel cover because the alcantara started to wear really bad on my steering wheel so I literally ran into auto zone and grabbed on real quick.
Any PPF?
Get the mirror marker tints for 10 bucks. I did mine week 1 it looks bad without

I’ll keep that in mind! Thanks!
Are you going to upgrade and get a 2024 before it loses the 6.2??
@enthusiastdriven

So I’m currently waiting for the 2024 orders to open up. But I do plan on getting a 2024 model. However, everything that I’ve read and seen online indicates that Ram is not doing away with the 6.2 just yet. I understand that they plan to continue producing the trx with the 6.2. How long that will last unfortunately no one knows for sure. But based on the market trends and everything going on in the car market says that combustion is on its way out. At the very least, they’ll go to a hybrid platform before doing away with combustion all together. So the value on these trucks is incredible. There are few vehicles that depreciate at such a slow rate making these trucks a wonderful choice despite the price tag.
Have you change the hand wheel?

If you’re referring to the steering wheel, I just put a leather cover over it to prevent the wear on the suede material.
