I had a design making a lot of sales organically daily and then I started running Amazon ads for it to try and give it a bigger boost but it completely tanked my sales. I'm lucky to sell one unit every 3 or 4 days now. Does anyone know why this happens?

Do you run Amz ads to boost the listing? This is like a POD spin on the Amz private label business model.

You can, but it's not always required. The Q4 sales get crazy, it's an exception to most rules.
As part of the deductions, wouldn't there be a shipping cost from Custom Happy to Amazon as well?

Yes but you purchase through Amazon at their shipping rate, it's very cheap, but good call 👍
Every time I upload new designs to Amazon, it tanks my sales numbers. Especially if the products go Under Review. Has anyone else noticed this happening? Makes me not want to upload anything during Q4.
So you purchase 100 in bulk and then try to sell it on Amazon? What if it doesn’t sell? Then what?

They remain in Amazon's warehouse until they sell or get automated removal... but creating mugs that don't sell is harder than creating mugs that sell in holiday season, especially with my help 😅
I have had my shop 7 months and selled tecnicly nothing! 😡

If you're in NoVA, of course, you'll get things faster. You have a fulfillment center in Sterling. I'm in Virginia Beach. Our closest is in Petersburg, almost 2 hours away. Also, how much caffeine did you have before recording this? Holy crow.
