The people are not delightful at all, i do like the women but the men are very agressive very rude and very bigoted, dont go , its not very nice.

My friend is from Tashkent he’s an accomplished Chef an now is a head a chef at a high class resort in the Bahamas.. so proud of my brother 🧑‍🍳

Uzbekistan is such a beautiful place. Thank you guys for sharing this with us. This is now one of those places I want to see one day.

Tashkent is one of those cities that people in the west know little about. A place for us to visit and enjoy the wonderful markets , architecture and history. The train station is cleaner than any train station in USA and Europe.

I watched this video sometime in the last two days. Then last night I had a dream that I was in a foreign country (unknown) , sitting at a bar, and I asked the bartender what bourbons he had. He said he had only one but it was premium quality. He called it Tashkent! Isn't it funny how the mind works? Peace out!

Lived there for 8 months. Back in the UK due to health reasons. Want to go back to dear Tashkent again soon. x

Wow the cities in Central Asia are so diverse and unique. Tashkent seems like a wonderful place filled with so much to see and so modern looking. That train station was lovely. Great video as always. Matt you have the most mischievous smile. Can't wait to see where you go next.

Wonderful relaxed glimpse of Tashkent, I really enjoyed this video, thanks so much! I agree with your sentiment on markets Julia, I do understand that the guys need to sell their wares, but it is kind of stressful and intimidating. Such kind people, that lady at the souvenir stall and also the guy at the entrance to the Hazrati Imam complex. Looking cute in that hat by the way! My stomach churned watching that guy stepping out of the balcony window of the dome 😨 Have fun you two! ❤❤

I went back and watched this video because I missed it when it first came out. I really liked this one! I enjoyed seeing the mosques and shopping areas. The architecture was so beautiful! Those guys in the food area seemed so nice too. I can't wait to see the rest when you go back. Also it was a lot of fun seeing Matt duck out of the way of the camera.

I had no idea Tashkent is so large. great video. 👍

Its not only huge bazaar but so organized! I think when someone visits it , he needs to have 1 week water diet before going to it , . .. then taste everything 😆😅😄 My respect for that sacred oldest quran manuscript kept & preserved although Im not Muslim.

Hello I'm from Uzbekistan it was Yandex taxi there are a lot of people use it also recommend you to use it because it would be cheaper and better than street's taxi

The food bazaar, mind blowing, súper súper interesting. I wish you could stay for a week and film lots of food tasting, and other things,,, your poor friend you can tell he is camera shy.!!

Size wice the domebazar reminds me of a place in Budapest - at first it looked like any normal size warehouse, but we got shocked, when we came inside......it was HUGE !!!

The Oasis in Swindon has a huge dome. It was closed during the pandemic but they might reopen/renovate it. I always liked the domes.

Sorry to say the audio is messed up, can hear you fine, but sometimes in a travel vlog you want to hear the stuff going on around, the ambience. All of those sounds are muffled, like your underwater.

Without Covid test you can visit to Uzbekistan, about visa it’s depend which country are you from, about 100 countries residents may visit Uzbekistan whithout visa for a month

Frazorzo. Dear friend, I am from Tashkent, I often visit India, and I really like it. The same can be said about Indian food, I am not used to such food, but I will not go down to your level. Every time I come to India I take food from Uzbekistan with me and eat Uzbek cuisine that can be found in Delhi.

I want to see the 'Stans perhaps in summer 2022. But I speak no Russian so I'll be pushing my luck.

You can use english in Tashkent...lots of young people speak in english and some of them understand basic things.

Learn some phrases in uzbek. Not much people speak Russian too. And Google translate works good
