I have the same kit also on a 74 Volkswagen. After you mentioned the running boards, I looked at mine. I don't know if I have ever stood on them, but the look pretty sturdy.
Hi love your kit car. I also have a MGTD kit car on a 1984 VW beetle chasse The only thing is that, when I got it it didn’t have a motor. Which it’s fine with me since I’m trying to make it into a electric car. Plus I’m trying make hard top for it along with LED headlights, taillights n interior lighting. Let me know what you think?
