Very regarded opinion. Not allowing piping hot pasta to cool down just to burn the the inside of your body and organs isnt a challenge. Its stupid. Eating spicy hot food is a challenge because thats literally the point of it. Scorching your insides has literally never been a food challenge. I learned to eat hot spaghetti by simply slurping the living hell out of it lol I also let my salivary glands go wild and that cools things down fast. I’ve eaten spaghetti straight off the pot with meat sauce recently and crushed about as much as she ate. It’s just challenging at first. Well done Katina!

People who do mukbangs have a bowl of pasta that big in front of them sometimes even bigger never finishes, finally I get to see someone finish it all 😅
