The gem kinda looks like a rotten tooth in certain lighting… maybe it’s the color?

There’s certain yoga stretches that help your upper back and neck pain!! I highly recommended doing those along with the posture corrector. It also helps to push your chest forward and shoulders back at the same time. And make sure if you look down you don’t only use your neck muscles, use your whole spine. Also physio therapy is better than chiropractors! ❤❤❤

totally okay for you to not like going to the Chiro and also very fair for you to not want them to do anything to your neck on your first appt or two. if you every try again maybe let them know you are scared and ask if they could slow down or focus on other parts of your body. at the end of the day you should be able to say no if you don't want to do something! very relatable and hope you are feeling better.

I worked for a chiropractor for 2 years and it took me a while to let her adjust my neck but it really does do wonders!!! My neck and back hurt constantly from working the front desk and adjustments are great for short term relief

As a PT, I would highly recommend trying Physical Therapy for your pain!!❤

yeah i would say don't ever let them crack your neck! I've seen so many horror stories about it! PT is the way to go. People have had aneurysms from getting their neck cracked. It can be scary! Just be careful :)

Do massage not chiropractor. They will get that knot out. Also when reading get one of those kindle or book arm holders so when your reading you can position next better. Or read laying down with book on top of you to limit the bed in your neck. Also raise your laptop to eye level. It will really help! Good luck. I know the pain!

I would highly recommend you go to a physical therapist over a chiropractor. It’s a lot more researched and safe. Also, it’s your body, so if you don’t want someone to touch your neck they should respect that! I hope you find someone who is willing to go at your pace :) Also, this is just a hunch, but for your bacne, maybe it’s because you switched out your sheets? I remember you said your Christmas ones were really warm so maybe you are sweating more in your sleep?

I recently started going to the chiropractor and I was also scared for them to crack my neck. I told them not to do it because I was anxious. I went 3 times before I felt comfortable. You’re not alone in having this fear.😅

    1. I’ve been getting back acne too and same idk when the last time was. 2. You need a chiropractor adjustment. Super helpful! I was terrified of going to them and now I’m married to one and I cannot live without my weekly adjustments. It’s life changing!

Hi Keaton!!! I’m a chiropractor from Toronto! Anytime I have a patient who’s hesitant about adjustments, there a lot of other things that can be done that isn’t adjustments such as a lot of deep pressure soft tissue therapy, stretching, acupuncture and cupping, which is just a beneficial. But I do know some Chiros who only purely adjust and I think that’s the one you went to. The chiropractor should always walk you through an adjustment and the benefits and risks and never tell you that you have no choice! Hope you’re feeling better ◡̈

when i saw your thumbnail and title, I literally thought you had chipped your tooth lol but tooth gems are cute, i think the smaller ones look nicer but that's just imo.

My dad is a chiropractor. I did cheer and gymnastics my whole life and it was the only thing that helped! Find a chiropractor who is a Gonstead chiropractor if you can. I also am someone who had had severe migraines since I was in 3rd grade and getting adjusted was like magic. It would make my migraines go away within an hour

Hey Keaton, I’ve been watching your videos for years n love your energy! Just been wondering about why you’ve been silent about the genocides going on in the world… obviously because of your big platform but also just the responsibility as being a human that has the privilege of not being genocided atm, and even having the choice to speak up about it or not. Especially since the US taxes are used to fund the current warfares going on now, but way way before this too, and the weapon industry and the colonial and terrorist empires such as the US and isra*l. Never too late to speak up and educate yourself and inspire the audience you have to do so as well. Sharing resources, awareness and spreading the truth is hiiiiighly important and needed when there’s this insane level of destruction, ethnic cleansing, paid propaganda, international justification of colonial warcrimes at hand… please, we need a ceasefire and we need to all take our individual responsibility, to our best ability, to do our part, to unsilence the silenced and to speak up for the voiceless and DEMAND a ceasefire and an end to the settler occupation of the land of Palestine/Falasteen. We need liberation of all oppressed peoples; collective freedom is the only way that freedom can be. Only if it’s for all. Please, let’s recognize our privilege and hold ourselves accountable and fight in the struggle for collective LIBERATION and human rights. This is a humanitarian crisis, that and a femicide, thus a feminist issue; an environmental justice issue; a healthcare issue; a queer issue; a progressive issue; a liberation issue… and so much more. When does silence become betrayal? When does silence become violent? When does silence become the very erasure of this attack on humanity, on all of our humanity? And thus erasure of the lives lost n the communities demolished n their dreams destroyed… all these beautiful souls… the least we can do is speak up n keep talking about it. We owe it to each other. Bearing witness is an honor. When does silence ever benefit any other than the oppressive forces, the very systems in place that were designed to destruct and distract and destroy peoples, land and the collective consciousness that creates community, proactive curiosity and compassion and love to form unity and resistance against these systems? Please ask yourself. Please see that all of the struggles are interconnected, we need to do more and do better for each other and continuously open our hearts n mind to the suffering of human beings and not willfully ignore what is happening at this very moment. Free the people, free the mind, decolonize n dream of a better world n do not forget our own roles in this, Anyways, Free Falastīn, til backwards, Love always 🇵🇸
