I lived in LA my whole life and moved to CO a couple years ago and the dry skin is 100% a thing especially in the winter. You just have to look like a glazed donut every night when you go to bed and drink a ton of water to try to help

Same! I live in La born and raised and moved to Utah. The dry skin and air pollution is rough.
