I actually drove a zimmer back in the 80’s. The funny story was I kept hearing a train horn. But the horn was on the floorboard (left foot) where the old timey “brights” for the headlights was.

These are old wheels which I have since sold. They were aftermarket wheels for a 2011 Mustang but they too much resembled an F350 wheel haha

IMO these older Zimmers are going to be great Investment Cars they are Weird enough to keep peoples intrest,but Factory Enough to find parts to keep them Roadworthy and Operational by most Mechanics or Car Enthusiasts plus Zimmer did do a decent job on fit and finish and the overall Quality on the final products not like the Home built Kit Cars available prior to them

They're all supposed to match but I am not sure what happened to the matching tires. The ones in this video are not the current set of wheels I have on now but it is impossible to find matching tires these days for a Zimmer

Not sure if it's a Zimmer but there's a very similar looking one in my area only it's using the cab from a late 80's Thunderbird.

Man that car is so hideous but so cool and unique. The most hilarious part is looking where the seats are and there’s about 50 miles of hood in front of you 💀💀 as if a stock Mustang hood isn’t long enough

There is another car called an Xcaliber looks like this! I stole one once from the Auto Toy Store in Fort Lauderdale. Idiots left the key in the door! So I "borrowed" it a few times they figured it out and put it inside!

@@RobbieJandik Yeah man! Some of the best crimes I ever committed were stupid shit like that! Right on Sunrise Blvd there are obscene car places called the Auto Toy Store. There's more than one! They sold dream cars. Those 500 Shelby GT Mustangs, Hemi Mopars and of course Xcalibers. I had to walk by them everyday they left a couple Xcalibers outside on these pads next to the place. I think they cost then around 45k all the really expensive cars Lambos and whatnot were kept inside. Well as I said some shmoe was detailing it in a black suit yet! If they had little stains from raindrops they would be on those cars with a shamy and a squirt bottle fast! Well they fucked up left a key in the passenger door. These were those Lazer cut keys you can't easily copy. So I grabbed it and walked home! I couldn't afford a car but I liked to go out the rock & roll clubs in the early 90s were loaded with girls looking for guys with long hair! So every so often when I had money no cabs or busses for me! I would borrow their car! I made sure to replace the gas and kept windex and a shamy because I had to wipe it down no dust no dirt. Bring it back before the sun came up! I knew with the cost of the car if I got caught they would throw the book at me! I saw a mechanic in court once he had borrowed an old station wagon from a buy here pay here lot. His boss was in court and said that as far as he was concerned his employee could borrow any car in the lot. The judge said well did you give him specific permission to borrow that car? The boss said well no I noticed it gone and reported it stolen because I didn't know that he borrowed it! This damn judge refused to drop the charges the man's boss had to bail him out! I remember the mechanic told that judge what is this? Father knows best?lol! Nope! It was fun I've borrowed other cars since always returned them!
